The best Walgreens pharmacy I have ever called “my” Walgreens!! Since moving up north to Allen 10 months ago, after living in the historic district near downtown Dallas, for almost 20 years, we feel truly blessed to have found this pharmacy gem that has such an amazing staff!! The Pharmacists, Jerry, and Obi, the Operations Director, Sherrell (I know I’m spelling it wrong, my apologies!!!), and all the techs….Danielle, Jiwan, I can’t even name them all, but they are terrific people who not only perform their jobs efficiently and professionally, but they know that their friendly attitudes make all the difference and that is what makes THIS Walgreens special!!
Even if you have to drive a little further, it’s worth it. As a customer with many complex medical issues, therefore needing several medications (some which are uncommon), they never make me feel like it’s a hassle to get what I need, and that level of customer service is worthy of 10 stars!!!

Great Pharmacy, great Store. They are doing great despite the huge work load and short staff. CVS next door shut down and also the Pharmacy Hours is reduced yet this Pharmacy is till standing despite the huge prescriptions it gets everyday. Imagine what they could do if they had more staff members, more staff hours and more pharmacy/store hours?

Everyone at this Pharmacy is exceptional. Despite how overwhelmingly busy they are, they still make sure we get attended to. Thumbs up to Jerry, Obi, Sharell, Dani, and the rest of the crew

I don't shop here very often...occasionally I'll go inside and grab something when I stop by to pick up a prescription for myself or my husband. So I am giving this 5 star review to the PHARMACY!!!
The Pharmacist's, Jerry and Obi are both so friendly, helpful, and kind. Whenever one of my physicians starts me on a new medication, (even though my doc did a great job explaining it) I usually accept the offered consultation just to make sure I didn't miss anything! They have never made me feel rushed or ignorant, and they always wish me well!
BTW - The ENTIRE pharmacy team at 510 Main St in Allen, TX is excellent! Always greeted with a smile, and within just a few trips there after we moved up to Allen, from the Historic Swiss Avenue neighborhood, back the first of January (2023), they had already memorized our names (and faces!), and upon spotting one or both of us in line, they would go grab our scripts, so it was ready and waiting by the time it was our turn!
If y'all live in the vicinity, trust me when I tell you that it is worth the drive, and very easily accessible from 75 N or S. Now if you are happy with your pharmacy and pharmacist, that is terrific! I am just so thrilled after being disappointed for so many years, that I simply had to share about how terrific our Walgreens is!

The pharmacists and techs here are fantastic. They go above and beyond. They actually care. No, seriously— I was injured (foot wound, but not Urgent Care severe), and they took the time to gather the things I needed for me. I could have cried at their thoughtfulness. Best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. Thank you.

I came in early morning for an anniversary gift I needed to print out and Bill Gardner was the most helpful and patient photo technician ever. I’m not sure if he was the manager or not but his services were phenomenal! My pictures came out wrong and he gladly helped me fix them in a way to create a print book. He personally did each photo (luckily I didn’t have much) while I kept my toddler entertained. He’s amazing and so glad he’s apart of this location.

This has been our go-to pharmacy for the last 4 years. The staff always go out of their way to resolve our issues and recently offered to pick up my prescription at another store since they didn’t have it in stock. They literally drove to another walgreens store 15 minutes away to get the medication for us.

Salma is super nice and very helpful! She had a lot of patience to help me solved the problem this morning. Drug stores need this kind of employees!
