Bobby Bow Tie was amazing! We visited 3 other jewelry stores and he was far and away the most professional!! After talking with us and finding out what we wanted, he helped us find the perfect wedding ring set. We visited 3 other jewelry stores and nothing compared to the set we chose from Jerad’s. I am so glad this was the first place we came to. Thank you, Bobby Bow Tie! You rock!

I took my movado watch in for a new battery and a cleaning. When I got it back, the watch looked beautiful. But it was a little big, so JJ, my “associate”said the person who sizes it wouldn’t be in for a couple days. Then she said their new manager Bobby might be able to help. Bobby jumped right in and fixed right on the spot. Now, my watch is beautiful and fits perfectly. This is a great store!

J.J. Was very sweet and thoughtful about teaching my husband and I about the process about cleaning my wedding ring, as well as teaching us about wedding bands. There was so much information I wasn’t made aware of when I got my ring at another Jared location. She made the experience great!

JJ was great! We learned something new today. Went to go pick up our ring and the wonderful JJ dropped some knowledge on us. In case our diamond ever falls off there is a laser number on it. That information can then be given to the authorities. I love when people go above and beyond at their job.

Had an amazing experience shopping at Jared. We went there to choose our rings and Joy assisted us. She the sweetest person I’ve known. She is very polite and kind. We took a while choosing the ring but Joy was very patient and did help us a lot in picking the best ring.
I had to exchange my previous ring with the new ring and they made that process also hassle free.
Highly recommend this place as I’m super impressed ☺

Having a great experience with Farzi and Diego creating a beautiful custom anniversary ring. They have been very pleasant to deal with. Fantastic communication and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to get it and will update review then. Right now it’s a 5 stars!

My husband and I went to the Jared location in Plano, TX today to return a ring I purchased online. We were greeted by the staff as we entered the store and experienced the Best customer service by every staff member in the store! Mrs. JJ Dun is who we ended up working with us and she helped us make the return in exchange for a beautiful and much better better quality ring! She was AMAZING!

Mrs. Mervat from the point I came into the door till the point of check out she assisted me. I am trying to find jewelry for my wife but I don't want to spend so much only to find out that that's what she does not like. She gave me a married wife's perspective and she was helpful. And the young man assisted in getting my gifts wrapped for my wife. They were very helpful. I am thankful for them okay

Mervat was terrific in helping me with my great-grandmother’s ring. She took the time to not only answer all my questions but to get to know me and the significance of the ring itself. I am thrilled with my visit today at Jared’s.

Jared Jewelers is a wonderful jewelry store with excellent service. JJ is passionate, honest, hilarious and very professional. Her attention to detail is impeccable and her care for the product is top notch. JJ is always wearing her white gloves to make sure no prints are left on my pieces and when I leave that store I always feel so well taken care of. JJ has left such a positive impact on me and I’ll be returning to her for many years to come!

Seble & Farzi were extremely helpful!!!!!!!!! They helped me find my dream wedding band & it matched perfectly with my engagement ring. I’m so in love with my ring. You can tell customer service is their top priority & they truly accommodate you as much as they can! I would definitely recommend.
