Superior customer service at the Richardson, TX location. I walked away visibly displeased with the packaging service the store clerk provided. He evidently noticed it, informed his manager, and she called me to discuss the issue. Basically, I had prepared two different packages to be mailed to the same address. The clerk said it would be less expensive to have him put them both in one box and ship them together. I hesitantly agreed because the store was extremely busy ( Christmas time.). The total came out to be $73…way more than what I expected, hence my immediate displeasure. Not wanting to hold folks up, I paid passively disgruntled and departed. About a half hour later the manager called, apologized, and stated it would’ve been less expensive to ship the packages separately. She refunded me the difference. How many clerks would recognize the situation, inform their boss, and then the boss goes above and beyond to resolve the concern? Few and far between. UPS has earned my continued patronage. Well done!!

As a vendor, I took my printing job to her store, and from affordability to high resolution and charming quality to opulent customer service, Cheryl has outdone this printing service.

This is no ordinary UPS store guys, please come here, come one and come all!

Used notary services, went well. Worker was efficient and fast. In and out in 10 mins. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That was the fastest ups I’ve ever been to, 5 people in front of me and one had a lot of boxes and I had 3 items to return to amazon and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

The Check out person did Great. She was very knowledgeable on how to deal with someone who is blind. Wonderful job, Sherril.

This one does passport photos. Great service and nice people. They do digital and physical copy. I got physical for 18 dollars and some change worth it. They give you two photos in a holder you can send with your application.

Lorena went above and beyond her duties for me. She was kind, helpful, and just radiated good energy. She has honestly given me hope for humanity! She went out to my car, opened my door, and carried my giant box back inside and I didn't even have to ask for help. Thank you so much!!

Best UPS Store ever! They truly put their customer first & help me with the best customer service. I am a regular visitor for packages, printing flyers & even passport photos!! Thank you UPS for making me feel like part of your family.

Lorena offered exceptional customer service. I had many boxes and I was wearing heels. She offered to come to my vehicle and help drag the boxes in. She did not have to do that so I am extremely grateful. She was very cordial and made my trip simple. Hire 17 more of her.

I’ve been going to this store for a while now and their hospitality just amazes me. Cheryl’s the besttt! she patiently spent 30 minutes with me explaining to me and notarizing my documents.

The staff is hands down best. We ship about 150 - 200 packages a day so we’ve been to many different UPS, FedEx, and USPS facilities. Nothing compares to the upbeat attitude of the staff and the kindness. They always greet my team and I with a smile, go the extra mile (I come in last minute sometimes and they run my box out to the UPS pickup truck), and always seem to be in a great mood. I come here daily and have never had a bad experience. Honestly I have never bothered leaving reviews good or bad for places but this UPS store is worth it. Thank you!

Great store! Everyone is super friendly and gets you in and out of their quickly even when there's a line. Cheryl is THE BEST and so helpful with my (mostly last minute) printing needs. She and the rest of the team is super fast to respond to any emails as well.

I absolutely love this store location. I honestly get excited every time I have to ship something because it gives me an “excuse” to come here and see the employees. I always get treated so kindly. Unfortunately I don’t remember anyone’s names (sorry) but every single person here seems to love their job and they always have great attitudes. They make conversation with their customers and are so polite. Today I stopped by to drop off four big boxes. I thought it was going to be awkward and annoying but it was very fast and super easy. They saw me park and one of the employees came running out to help me, another employee was scanning the boxes, and another was holding the door open. I felt very special!

First time going into this location and will definitely not be the last. Even though all the employees where busy with other customers they acknowledged every person that came in with a greeting. Both of the guys that helped me were very nice and did my whole store experience quick and easy.

This is absolutely the BEST UPS store in N Dallas. I have used them throughout the pandemic to keep my business running.Drew, who is usually there in the mornings is amazing. I have shipped boxes and also had important legal documents on deadline, and he handled them/advised me PERFECTLY. (He even helped me save $$.) The store is clean and organized, and I appreciate that they are in masks. I've dropped in at least 2 other times to use the fax when my wifi was down. I can't say enough good about Drew! In these uncertain times, its really important to know my "stuff" gets where it needs to be. These people know what they are doing. Thank you, Drew, for the extra time and expertise.
