Everything went very smoothly. The company was easy to reach and the representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with their staff and their service. I have recommended them highly to friends and family and have heard only good reports back regarding their work. They are qualified to appraise rugs and have performed this service for me on more than one occasion. I just signed on to Angie's List to see recent reviews before calling on them for additional services and will call them now. I am not at all deterred by the review reflecting negatively on their prices. Their prices are fair for the specialized work that they do. Oriental rugs are valuable and I would not entrust mine to someone selected by price alone. Skills and knowledge are more important to me as I have seen many friends' rugs damaged by cleaners who were not qualified specialists yet represented themselves as such. With Wash Rug Cleaners I am confident that I have a team who can and will clean and care for my rugs as they should be cared for. I recommend this company highly and without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking for dependable quality Oriental rug cleaning or appraisal. They are a great company to work with and do an excellent job.

This is the second time we have entrusted Washrug Cleaners with the care of our Persian Nain. As before, and as expected, the carpet was returned on time, beautifully refreshed and cleaned. They do what they say, and they do it well, with no delays, no excuses, no hassles, and no problems.

Very great service, friendly and very professional! I dropped off one of my carpets that had my dogs urine on it. They removed the dog urine AND cleaned my carpet ! I would recommend this to anyone in need of carpet cleaning !

I would strongly advise you not use these people to take and clean any of your valuable oriental rugs. They took 3 of my rugs for cleaning, 3 came back; only problem, one of them wasn't mine. If I hadn't pointed it out, they would have left some other customer's rug with me. That was 2+ months ago. I've been waiting for them to return my 3rd rug ever since. Rather than admit that they've lost it and offer to make reasonable amends, they've been evasive. Telling me it will be delivered "next week", sent via UPS "today", unwilling to return phone calls, etc. Weeks later, no rug. People make mistakes. How they handle their mistakes gives you insight into their character. Based on the manner in which these people have operated, they've demonstrated that they have no integrity.
