RV Villas on Lake Lavon

RV Villas on Lake Lavon is locally family owned RV Park. I had the honors being one of the first residence staying at RV Villas really miss not being there. With new job had to move away. The Craftmanship went into this RV Park is something you never seen before, trust me its first class.
Each RV spot has painted six foot painted wood and power coated iron ornament fence. front entry is iron ornament well crafted first class door that you can lock by key. They provide you with wireless door bell. Storage building 4x5x6 with large door to lock. Irrigation system for grass and oak tree they had installed. Out front every resident has mail box with different animated covers. I was getting UPS deliveries they knew my address by number on front gate. The lawn maintenance is provided by the owners. I have to add their enclosed green belt fenced in made by Iron ornament & wood fence. Great place to meet and greet new neighbors when walking your pets.

Mark, Rose and Andrew are great at what they do. This is, bar none, the BEST RV park I have ever seen. They work hard and diligently to ensure a consistently positive experience here. They don’t cut corners and address concerns in an effective and timely manner. I have no plans to leave here anytime soon. This is a great place with great people here! I can’t imagine anyone finding fault with this place, it truly is AWESOME!

We have been living at RV villas for about 2 1/2 months now and we’re the first residents to move in. We asked to move in early to our reserved spot as the one we were renting temporarily had the original residents returning early. We CHOSE to live in a construction area to keep from moving to another temporary park. Construction has been delayed as this has been the rainiest fall and winter in record in many years. Daily I watch the crew working very hard to finish the projects left to do. Mark and Rose, the owners have been very nice and keep us updated on the progress. Andrew, Chris and the rest of the work crew are very nice, polite and hard working and we see daily progress on our lot and the rest of the park. In fact, the park is nearly full! This park is designed for those of us who choose to live full time in our RV’s and it exceeds our expectations for us and our pets.

Great place to stay for a month or longer. Nice fenced in yards for your pets. Great access to lake Lavon, and close to many of the surrounding parks. Laundry room is wonderful and quite naborhood. We will be back.

Very nice, large lots. They are building another by Collin Park, still fencing around nice size lots. Your steel sliding gate locks, secure, great if you have pets. Wonderful design.

Just moved in, so far so good. Nice and quiet minus a couple dogs, zero thru traffic, nice neighbors and pretty cool owners. If we weren't building a house we would stay here full time, it's that nice. Would be nice to have laundry facilities on site though.

Mark, Rose & Andrew Hickman have developed a first class RV community that is very quiet and tranquil. All the residents are great neighbors. Love this place!!

This place really has it going on. Very nicely done. I love the gated lots. Mr. Mark is a great guy.
