Jeanie was so awesome she helped me pick out the best mattress for me plus box spring.She is extremely knowledgeable too. It was so refreshing to have someone care so much and be so friendly. Mark who also works there was very helpful and friendly.
The prices were very reasonable and fit my budget!! Such great people!!

Mattress Firm in Polo Towne is the perfect place to buy a Tempurpedic. In a short period of time, Mark, the Manager showed us the latest mattress, base (with surround sound) and pillows. They’re even delivering out of state. Fantastic buying experience!

I originally went over to this location and Jacob was very helpful even though I originally told him I was not interested in buying that day. I went over to the location off of 75 and Plano and needless to say I didn’t have the best experience but didn’t feel like I was helped nearly as well as the Polo location. I left and called and Jacob answered the phone. I told him he has helped me and remembered me by NAME! I told him I was headed that way and he ended up helping me purchase a new mattress for my girlfriend and I. He pointed me in what I felt like was the right direction and gave honest input and his opinion on prior customers experience on the products. Overall I am very grateful that Jacob was able to help me make this purchase. He also got me set up for the delivery in two days on the day I needed. I can’t say enough great things about him. Go see Jacob!

Mark Castro was absolutely amazing!! We’d looked all day for the perfect pillow, I couldn’t go another night on the one I have. I told him my price range, and he pulled out the perfect pillow, it was the exact one I’d hoped to find. Bought two on the spot. Mark is classy, professional, very likable, kind and knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough…a pillow doesn’t seem like a big thing, but it is and I’m so glad we pulled into Mattress Firm and met Mark!
