Toyota of Richardson Service

During my first visit to Toyota Richardson for a 20K Service, my Service Manager, Oliver V., took great care of my car. They were able to complete everything within an hour. Additionally, they provided a shuttle service to take me home and back (which was 6 miles away).

Overall, it was an excellent experience!

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant about coming here, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. I didn't have an appointment, and I wanted an estimate for the reflective plastic piece of my right side mirror. Although it wasn't in stock for a new car, Gerard was able to provide me with valuable information and next steps. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did the extra research to help even without an immediate sale. Another advisor had recommended a complete replacement of the entire mirror, which seemed a bit overkill since all electronic parts functioned fine. It might be hit and miss with the advisors, but I wanted to share my experience.

The service department at Toyota of Richardson is a well qualified Toyota service department with very knowledgeable and helpful service consultants
My service manager is Justin and he is a great resource and answers questions and provide the relevant information
There is a in house enterprise car rental
They also have a shuttle that runs all day till 4pm for pick and drop within the 10 mile radius

They did a great job repairing my Prius. There were delays in getting parts but that's not their issue. It was a good experience all the way around. I bought three cars through them and I'll keep coming back

Unfortunately my truck had its catalytic converter stolen twice in 6 months. Lucky for me, I had the pleasure of working with Oliver at Toyota both times. Oliver was super responsive, worked super hard with my insurance company who didn’t make the situation easy, and went above beyond in both instances. My truck was fixed much quicker than expected and Oliver took great care of me as a customer. I appreciate his hard work!

I have been doing business here for a while. After a recent service appointment I had some concerns. I ended up speaking to Scott the Service Manager but honestly haven't had good experiences with service manager and expected the same outcome. Scott's approach made me know that Toyota Cares. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and was able to make me feel at ease. His communication is top notch. Scott set up the plan and Rich and Oliver helped make sure things got done in an efficient manner. I am beyond elated!

Just a shout out to Mr. King. I usually go to
a different dealer that would not see me because I did not have an appointment. They actually turned me away? I came to Toyota of Richardson where Mr. King graciously welcomed my business and serviced my vehicle within a timely manner. Thank you to Brian my service advisor for the great communication and updates. I will return for my recommended services within the next couple months.

Toyota of Richardson Service always takes great care of me. Casey Stiger in particular has gone above and beyond. I needed costly electrical repairs after rodents chewed through some of the wiring under my Rav4. Over the course of 2 appointments, Casey showed empathy and professionalism in addressing my issues, and was extremely helpful in working with my insurance comapny to ensure I'd be covered. Highly recommend!

I just brought my car in for it’s 45k check up. Jason Freeman was out in the garage the second my car pulled in. He got me checked in and went over my vehicles service record(purchased at 40k). He noticed a few inconsistencies with the previous owners service record. He was able to find a service package that offered all that I needed for a very reasonable price. He then went above and beyond by calling a shuttle to take me home. And has been in regular communication from the moment I stepped inside the service center to right now as I wait from the comfort of my own couch.

I've been a customer of Toyota of Richardson for over 20 years. My wife and I buy our cars and trucks there and have them serviced. They are the best. They always call and keep me updated and Brandon is great. Their price on tires was over 300 dollars less than Goodyear quoted me and came with a better warranty. They looked my vehicle over and recommended other service also. Going the extra mile is important to me and they delivered.

Over any other. The McKinney location is a mess for lack of a better word. The Richardson location has helped me many times for different services. They always get me in and out within the quoted wait time which is a huge help. Prices are high but that’s expected seeing as it’s a dealership not a mom and pop type of service shop.

Was only in here for about 5 minutes but was left very impressed! I didn’t have an appointment, just something small needing to be fixed - and they had me in and out so quick. The employees and service workers are all so friendly! All smiles, jokes, and friendly faces. So refreshing from normally stressful/confusing trips to get your vehicle serviced.

These guys are good no matter how the google reviews rate them. Honestly they tend to be very busy and the location is in a weird spot to find, but I’ve been here three times for routine service and when my car broke down. Each time they have been great as far as being very helpfully and professional with me. Now you just have to be responsible with setting your appointment time though their site and be patient when they are working on your car (like you can’t just roll up and think they can get you in and out especially without an appointment).

Great service most of the times, I always service my car here and just have had 1 not so good experience. You can wait there for your car to be ready, they have shuttle service and rental cars too. Efficient and quick, Brandon is the best, he provides excellent customer service!

I dropped my car off for the routine service expecting it to probably take all day, which is usually very typical for anything involving a cars maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call almost an hour and a half later that my car was ready! Beth was also very helpful, and patient, and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the service here and everyone I come into contact with.
