Life Storage - Dallas

I've used storage facilities in the past, but I must say this was by far the greatest experience I have had. The customer service is superb. The agent that I spoke to was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I was able to complete everything online. After I completed my contract I received a call from the manager Mike, to welcome me and offer his assistance. I closed my account because I didn't need it any longer, but was going to downsize, unfortunately, they didn't have a smaller size at this time. I will keep checking online for a smaller unit. It's also very convenient to where I live, and access to the units is very easy. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Chris and Bhakti were so welcoming and informative! I’ve used a handful of storage units before and rarely find on-site support as helpful as at Lifetime Storage. The facility is secure and kept clean and orderly. Great experience all around!

The office folks Extra Space Storage FKA Life Storage on Manderville (Chris especially) are so great to work with. We have multiple units. They are very kind, responsive, thoughtful and professional.

Yes Chris is amazing he helped me out with great customer service and gave me a lot of comfort allowing me to be at peace knowing that my personal belongings are safe and kept secure . He also assisted me in my payments I’m so grateful to have such an uplifting and helpful person such as Chris to assist me with this again thank you so much for your service. Only used life storage/extra space storage for a few months but it was a much better experience than public storage. They always had carts available for use, the elevators moved at a reasonable speed and I didn’t have to enter a code of use an app every time I needed to get out or use the elevator to go up and down, like at the public storages that I’ve used in the past. Rates were reasonable but I suggest getting locked into a longer term rate if you can. It’s an industry standard to raise rates after the intro rate expires so don’t get caught lacking.

I called in for a large unit and Chris was able to locate one that was available near me, at a good rate. Everything was taken care of right over the phone so I didn't have to rush down before the office closed. Great Experience!

My experience with Life Storage has been very good. The facility is spotless. The staff professional, friendly and responsive. They make it easy to store your belongings and I feel comfortable knowing my items are safe.

I just had an amazing experience at Life Storage/Extra Space Storage. Mayela de Lujan was extremely helpful and nice to work with! I had never rented before and she was very detailed about what I needed to do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent space.

You guys are the best! The Customer Service was Outstanding and although the guy we spoke with was in Training, he did an Outstanding Job with his Supervisor standing right by his side. Renting the unit online was very easy. A few days later, Chris and his colleague (I wish I would have asked their name) were able to easily move me to a larger room once I realized I needed more space. Thank you, Life Storage!

A non-profit organization I volunteer with just started using Life Storage a few months ago and we have been very pleased with our experience so far. I especially loved how easy it was when we had to make some changes to our account. Chris made the process fast and easy!

Richard made sure that although we had a brief interaction, it was positive and impactful. He gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in quite a while. I spoke with him about a grievance I had and he went above and beyond to rectify it for me! Richard is a MUST HAVE for this location. He exceeded my expectations and because of him, I will not be going to another storage facility….as I intended to do when we spoke initially. He said he valued me as a customer and I felt every word of that and he also proved it to me today! Richard deserves a raise! Thank you, thank you Richard!

Richard was very pleasant and helpful. If you rent from Public Storage on Greenville, check this place out. A lot cleaner and easier access. Plus, they have onsite people to talk to, not a stupid kiosk or a phone maze to navigate to get a live person.
