Brenda and Sandra are very nice pharmacists and provide excellent service. However, many times they are left alone with no pharmacy techs, and they have to answer phone, give vaccine,s, check out customers, fill prescription ,all by themselves. We witnessed that personally. We do not understand why they are left alone? Otherwise Tom Tumb Meadow Central is great store and the pharmacists are to be commended for there excellent service.

The staff at this store is super friendly! I especially appreciate the staff at the pharmacy!!! Ms. B and my favorite pharmacist Sandra!!! I do not making the drive to this pharmacy because of the helpful and friendly pharmacy staff!

Jasmine in Customer Service was so helpful in helping me find everything I needed! She was so friendly and personable that I spent an extra 20 minutes just talking with her after she had already helped me. What a wonderful person to have that is so friendly and helpful with your customers! You should give this woman a raise and a promotion! Thanks so much Jasmine for all of the help!

Friendly and available staff, even the security personnel is welcoming.

This location is close to my house. It is under construction ( so a bit hit and miss with where things are located) However I am giving them 5 stars because I was waiting in the customer service line and listened to how professional and patient Jasmine was. The man in front of me was hard to understand and not clear about what he needed. The next lady
in line was returning food. This young lady keep her smile on her face the whole time. There is also a young man that is normally helping assist in the self check out lane.( I did not catch his name). He is also always polite and helpful. These two young people have been a positive addition to this location. Store # 2544

I recently began shopping at Tom Thumb, and I am enjoying it. They have really good discounts with their frequent shoppers program, and a little variety of everything. Very nice neighborhood store.

It's is a smaller store with less variety than some. But very convenient for the location. Friendly staff and a clean store.

The bakery is Amazing and those cakes are so delicious and elegant !! Great job!

I love this store and I love the website/app! You can clip electronic coupons and send to your card and you save so much! I saved $22 on my first trip, and about $2-5 on the next purchases, mind you they were like 2-3 items. They always have great club prices and adding the u coupon and manufacture coupon gets you the best deals. Great customer service from the cashiers and i also love all the clearance areas all over the store! Awesome deals.

Johnny, the produce manager, deserves a medal. I went to the counter to ask a question and the female employee was talking at me so fast and frenzied it was unnerving. I froze and said, "I have PTSD & I'm overwhelmed". Johnny heard me; he took action to create immediate calm. He really cares about the customers. I'm so impressed with his people skills, I couldn't care less if this store isn't the Taj Mahal. This is my store now.

The New Look, the big improvement made w/ such a Grand Entrance only added to The Very Clean, quiet, fast, & the Staff were very Helpful. I admit I had a bad vibe at first & prices were just to high @ but this Time all was Great. I still continue going here. Close & convient..

I’ve been shopping here for years and seem to be a first name basis with nearly everyone who works here . Some employees feel like friends and family at this point lol . This store has gone above and beyond for me many times! I can easily overlook a few mistakes here and there because of the hundreds of positive and pleasant experiences I’ve had . God bless this store and the amazing team at this location.

I went here yesterday. I did not know that this location has a FedEx drop-off. I like that the store is not crowded and I am always able to find what I need and get out pretty quickly. The location is very convenient for me. I will visit in the future.

Great place for quality deals, they even have a hidden section in the freezer where you can find discounted items 50% off. That goes for refrigerated items as well. They also have a Hidden section there as well. There actually inexpensive, the employees are also very well mannered, helpful and approachable! You can also sample certain items befor you buy.

Fast run in on my way to work, had trouble with the self checkout, the lady that helped me was so patient and helpful, only thing i hate i didn't get her name. She was a older lady. Thank you ma'am
