Extremely helpful store thanks to their amazing worker Jean.
My perspective: I came to Dallas for a work trip. At midnight I'm in my hotel room and realize I don't have a phone charger, but my phone is already dead. I hop in my car and look for any open stores that might have chargers while remembering my location (I wasn't ready for the fact that most stuff is closed in this area). I find this CVS and walk in, start searching, and see three workers. They were all helpful but Jean was particularly amazing. He showed me around, created conversation, and cashed me out all with a smile on his face. Best store employee I've seen and as a Google Maps Local Guide I have to say Jean deserves a raise

My husband and I work late hours and I’m talking about 3am 4am, and we always have our guy JEAN happily greeting us with a smile on always wanting to help us on our shopping and always asking how we are and how our dog is. He’s an awesome person we have grown to enjoy and always happy to see at the end of our day.

a team member Cornell is always a delight, he greets me and always helpful.

Fantastic customer service. John was so sweet to me when I came in distraught and helped me with such urgency. If everyone could have these same work ethics and kind moral values it would definitely make the world a much better place.

Best cvs in Dallas for one reason and one reason only. Their late night employee Jean, always is there with a smile on his face and ready to help if you need anything. They really should promote him or give him some kind of raise cuz he's always doing his best!

This is my favorite cvs store. Good store associates. Lucky to meet Alrashid, and had one of the best instore experience in 5 years. Sanjida was helpful last time, walking me though best choices for my care pass patiently.

I come a lot to shop because I like the atmosphere and the employees are the best. Jean always assist me when I come here to shop they always have what I need.

I was here today, 08/01/21 to shop for a customer under the doordash platform. I have shopped at other cvs locations and the exceptional service and attention I received from an associate, cierra was top- notch. She assisted me in locating the items in good time and even spoke to the customer for an alternative item.

Nicest pharmacy staff in Dallas. They are consistently kind, patient, and go above and beyond to help customers. Staff here never make you feel rushed or like a number- service is always personal and caring. Highly recommend !!!

24 hours makes it's super convenient for this night owl to shop when I want to. The staff doesnt make you feel uncomfortable for being out at 2, 3 or 4 am like some other places do.

Shout out to CRYSTAL, who helped me use the photo machine to print a passport photo after I struggled for like twenty minutes. Crystal was extremely understanding and helpful- she went above and beyond and saved my day!!

Kendrick at this location is really a hard-working gentleman very respectful in time just a stellar dude really made my shopping experience from out of town extraordinary
