We have been using this local bank for over 25 years for personal and business banking needs. First class operation. They all know our names when we walk in or go through drive-through. Very personalized and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Alda is an extremely rude person.

She took my drivers license and Social Security number and copied them. Then she went to the back office, where I couldn’t see, and did something with my Social Security number and my drivers license together.
Seriously, don’t trust them.

Even if a check originates from this place, they will still charge you to cash it. And the charge is more than any cash checking place and their ink is too weak for any magnetic reader at cash checking places so you have to pay these people money to cash a check that comes from them. Literally the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard

As I’m leaving, I ask another representative if this is true, and she starts to say yes, but then looks over at Alda and Alda is shaking her head no and so then the lady proceeds to tell me that that’s their policy.

We tried to apply for a Payroll Protection Program loan after having a 30 + year relationship with this bank. They sat on the loan paperwork for 2 weeks and finally said our business didn’t qualify so I went to another bank and got a check from them 3 days later for the loan. I have already been approved for the loan to be forgiven from the Feds since we used it strictly for payroll purposes. I agree with the other person who left a negative review, if you need a loan sooner than 6 months out go someplace else.

My mother has had an account here for over thirty years. I have been on her account for over twenty years and I can attest that working with Pavillion in comparison to other banks is like stepping twenty years into the past. Run, don't walk, to any large brick and mortar bank.
