Place is very clean and full stocked up. One of the best places in the location. Went to purchase a fridge and customer service is really excellent. Pete assisted us with clear explanation. Also, this place has plenty of parking space and curbside pickup is available as well. If you like any product they gave a printed copy of product. I am definitely coming again!

This Home Depot store in Dallas on Coit Road is well-stocked and clean. I went to look for a floor replacement and talked to Rusty in the flooring department. WOW, he went the extra mile to help me. He assisted me with explanations of each carpet and also the vinyl planks options. Also, he told me that once I get a quote with measurements, he will go over it point by point to get a clear understanding. I recommend this store to come for home

9-21 update:
We visited the Garden Shop today to buy plant pottery. I was repotting my indoor plants getting ready for the Fall.

Home Depot had reasonable selection of pottery, considering the time of the year.

During these rolling blackouts and no firewood to be found - I knew Home Depot had all kinds of wood, so I checked them out: thankfully their stocked shelves and team came through with wood that we could burn safely in the fireplace to keep us warm. Really appreciate y'all! 🙏🏼

Joshua is the absolute best customer service guy at Home Depot. This guy single-handedly helped out an entire line of customers when the system was down. He made it look so easy!! BEST BEST BEST

Wanted to give a great review to Rosabella who went out of her way twice now to help me with my mom's kitchen remodel needing some small and large appliances today and a few months ago too. I often go to Home Depot and have notice that it's hard to find someone that can help answer questions much less go above and beyond to help find the best deals even if it's not her department. I will be coming back here every time I need something because good customer service is always appreciated. Thank you Rosabella for being you.

Love this place. Came here after a disappointment trip to Lowe's where I was ignored for 20min before I just left the store. Came here and within a min of me walking down the aisle I had a smiling face there to assist me. They couldn't help me but they found 2 others who immediately could. Will definitely use this store again

I came in here to get material to repair drywall and concrete cracks. The staff here is attentive and always willing to help me locate anything I needed.

I definitely plan on coming back here.

Merrill is a godsend. She is 10/10 the best. Also, Brooklyn (might be Brooke) always helps us out when we are in the checkout process. She’s incredible.

My 80 year old mom went to this location today with a broken desk mirror she dropped earlier this morning. A very kind gentleman named “Jeff” welcomed her and took the time to help her glue it back together. Incredibly patient and kind. She tried to tip him and he wouldn’t accept that either. Today I received the best service from Charles. I had no clue what the part was called for my shower or if it could even be bought separately, but Charles saved the day! I described what it was, and he knew right away. He took me straight to it and took this tiny item off the wall in less than a minute from the other side of the store. On top of that, he did it with a wonderful smile!

I had several questions regarding generator prices and an online sale that someone else told me about. Lydia assisted me with my questions and brought to my attention they were no longer on sale. But she still helped me with understanding online purchases and how to search for the generator I am hoping to buy. Such a sweet and helpful girl!

My wife wanted me to drive to this Home Depot for laminate flooring choices and installation. The choices of flooring are now all QR code, doing away with the literal samples of the flooring. Curbing costs I presume. QR codes and samples on our phone, really do not give a good rendering of the product. You have a less than 1"x1" digital photo which may be darker or lighter than the actual product. Oh well. We had to wait for someone in the appliance department to page someone in flooring for assistance, which I don't understand. These employees are supposed to be at their posts or near their area to help customers. We ordered a measuring and we hope that it will come out ok.
