Genghis Grill

This is my first time experiencing this style of serving food. It works like this:
1. You select a size of bowl: small, regular, large depending on your appetite.
2. Tell them the base you want like rice , noodles or mix (they give you a small menu for this)
3. Once done, they give you a container to fill in the raw proteins, veggies, sauces and the seasoning … All of this can be stacked as much as you can fill in the container.
4. Now, you go to the cook and give all this ingredients and he will grill it for you with the base selection added in the 1st step.
The server brings it up to your table and bon appetite.
Loved the concept! The food was excellent with the choices of ingredients I picked .
If you haven’t been here, it’s time to try it out .
They have parking outside the restaurant.
Overall, I liked the food and the quantity was enough. Quite expensive but worth it.

Only time I can enjoy this food is when I come to Dallas. Once again you did not disappoint. Great food, great service and priced appropriate. I'll be back in a couple months when I'm in Dallas again.

Oh. My. God. I had an amazing experience here. The good was beyond my expectations, the employees were so nice. It is very cheap for all the food and meat they give you. It's was a totally new and different experience for me.

Nice and different. Parking right outside. Good family atmosphere. Great customer service. If you have never been it's Time for you to go. Good healthy food. You will get full so have a good appetite. Nice and clean. Enjoy!

Key was an excellent waiter! He was very kind and on top of things! The food was great too - the cook noticed I was light on meat and asked if I wanted him to add more. Great experience!

I occasionally visit this restaurant but never regularly due to the price. However, I really loved this location as well as the courteous staff. The food is delicious as usual,you can have as much food in your bowl if you stack it properly. I can get full from the smaller size,they give you so many options on top of the noodles or rice that you prefer. Definitely plan to return to try out their desserts!

Key has taken care of us many times and has been amazing every time we come in. He is very humble and amazing part of the team. he seems to get it right every single time. Fantastic job!

I came in last week with my 3 daughters. It was their first time and they were so excited to be able to build their own bowl. Key was my server, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He took care of me and my girls like we were family! He went way over and beyond. I eat out ALOT and there is no server that could compare to the customer service this man rendered to us. Taking three kids out to eat definitely is a hassle but he helped me out so much and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Thank you key and Ghengis for a wonderful and everlasting memory!

How can you not give this place 5 stars when you pick exactly what goes in your bowl. The flavor was great and the meal stays hot the entire time time because of the shape of the bowl.
The service was slow at times but I could see my server helping a large number of tables at once.
I wouldn't come here for alcoholic drinks as they are pretty expensive compared to some of the other restaurants in this shopping center.

I love the fact that I could eat my food without any salt. The taste was great, no greasy or sugary but flavorful. The man working was very friendly. He gave me prompt service. The price is great for the amount of food you receive, $10 feeds you like a king.

Genghis Grill is a wonderful restaurant that allows you creatively choose what kind of dish you are craving for... the only person that can mess up the meal is you. There are different recipe cards that help guide you as far as seasoning and protein and vegetables. I recommend using the recipe card if this is your first time. Just don't go crazy on the seasoning and sauces otherwise your food would be either super salty or messed up lol. I will definitely return to this location.

Our waiters name was Key, very polite and kind. Took care of us good. Food was amazing.

Great atmosphere and not too busy on a Saturday afternoon about 4pm. The server sat us down and explained the process. Got the large bowl to share with my toddler son and it was lots of food. The choices of meats and veggies are great. I got overwhelmed with the different sauces and spices. Ended up making mine too salty but it was still yummy. The cook was friendly but impatient when we couldn't tell him our sides quick enough. We understood he was busy.

Great experience it was fast friendly workers i was able to get what i needed in a timely manner and my server was able to handle all my needs . I will be back again soon thank you and happy 25th Ghengis grill

Very good customer service. First time here. And the gentleman that I didn't catch his name was very helpful. He gave us suggestions. Will be coming back soon. Loved the food.

Nice staff. Laid back atmosphere. Good for a quick dine in or take out. First time coming here but definitely won't be the last. Really great for people with dietary restrictions like me. You choose your own food and spices. Highly recommend.

The food is amazing it’s one huge combination of what everything I like because you get to pick what you want and it tastes so good once they cook it DEFINITELY COME HERE and the service was good also I got 4 bars of service so good area,great food, fast service,good service

Thanks to our waiter, Key, I believe, I enjoyed my experience at this location. Such an awesome guy and was very attentive, friendly, and genuine.

Key was very professional and delightful and I’ll be coming here exclusively on his shift for the rest of my natural born life
