Kim is more than a sales representative; she is humble and is totally in a problem solving mindset, not an up-sell front. If every employee here was just like her, your store couldn't get much better! thank you thank you!

Kim was professional, insightful, efficient and very friendly. She provided the best AT&T in-person customer service experience I’ve had in Dallas since the sorely missed AT&T store inside of The NorthPark Mall was closed!

I’m posting a couple days late. But this week it was time to get a new phone. My dad helps me out with my payments still so when we went in, we both had questions to make sure we knew what we were getting. Jesse, who was working both days I went in, was VERY helpful. He Sat there and answered any stupid questions we both had. He Walked my dad and I through the new phone and process of getting it set up. I was nervous to receive my phone via mail as I had no clue how to set it up. But Jesse made sure he sent me home with a few ways to easily set up my new pink IPhone 15 PLUS in less than 1 hour. I had to come back to the store when my new phone came in and Jesse helped me clear my old phone, find a case for me and even put on my camera lenses and phone protector. I’ve always had nothing but great service here- but Jesse was amazing and I’ll definitely be back if I have any other questions ( not that I will have questions since Jesse helped out a lot )

I can honestly say the customer service at this store was AWESOME! I went inside to do one thing, but came out with getting the best deals and services that I've ever had in years. Josue customer service was Outstanding, I would definitely give him 5 stars because he was very patient, friendly and professional!!! The Manager Karyme, she was so AMAZING as well. The both of them provided great quality services which made my decision making easy. I am most definitely a satisfied customer who walked away very happy. Other stores could really learn from the two of them because they take their time to help you understand your purchases with every detail needed. I recommend this store on Greenville to everyone!! Josue and his Manager are Fantastic!!👌

Christopher was so helpful, this was such a great experience, I didn't think I was going to go there anymore but found out today that Courtney girl is no longer working there, so this is my only store.. AT&T is so much better off without her. I've needed help with something for a year on my phone that no one could help, and the team at that store figured it out in 5 minutes..

Moises and Christian at the Greenville store could not have been more friendly, informed and patient with me today as I went through all 3 of my AT&T accounts and bought a new phone. They solved about 5 different issues that have been on my to-do list forever- and I only thought I’d get one addressed today. You’re the best, guys- thank you!

The manager Kim saved the day. She was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to explain my many different options to me. Probably one of the nicest people I’ve met in a while and super grateful for her help and more so, her desire to help.

I arrived a few minutes after noon and Lorena was helping one customer. When she finished about 10 minutes later she asked what I needed and I told her I wanted to replace my old SE. I sat down and she reviewed my account, changed from a fix data to unlimited, got a third generation SE and accessories, and my bill was reduced $30/month. Lorena was very noce to work with and very knowledgeable. I will return for sure.

Karyme is an amazing store manager. Patient and smart. Great service. Excellent store.

Xio was awesome. She assisted me to upgrade my phone and also trade my old one in. She was amazing I told her she will be my AT&T go to person. I been with AT&T for a long time and she has been the best rep I have encountered

Hands down the best AT&T store to go to for service. I've given bad reviews on other AT&T stores because they deserved them. This store deserves the four stars. I know they're not responsible for the terrible convoluted and frustrating service from AT&T's 800 number . But at least they call and try and help you out to overcome the hurdles. This is a very good store it must be well managed because they usually have very helpful people. No matter who it is that I've encountered, staffwise.

I came to AT&T and was really on the fence about changing, but this staff was great and helped me. That Jorge is definitely a firecracker, and I enjoyed it- ☺. I'm still on the fence about switching, but when n if I do it will be here. Come see them!

Had a very pleasurable experience today at the store our rep Chris Foxx was courteous patient and a real gentleman with the whole transaction. We stopped by to get our parents new iPhone 8's and had to transfer all the data to the new phones were a bit slower as they needed to understand the whole process like setting up fingerprints and transferring the data putting on phone screens getting new covers I can't say enough about how Chris handle this transaction and I truly believe he's a gift for the store. Thank you Chris 4 your help with this process we had a lot of fun a lot of laughs and he took it all in stride thank you. You're great at what you do. Thanks again

Wonderful experience setting up a new line in a somewhat complex situation. The associate who helped me, Chris, was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me through all the options I had and provided solid advice. I will definitely be returning here if I need additional help with my wireless or Internet service in the future.

This store is amazing!! I went in to transfer my services and the employees were wonderful and so helpful. Im so glad to make this store my go to!
