Arapaho Pharmacy

Despite only being able to serve Richardson residents, this pharmacy has a retro feel and very kind people who work very hard. They are very compassionate, and they do their best so that you can get what you need asap. The music that plays while I'm on hold is kind a cheesy groove, but honestly, it takes me back in a good way. Rock on, Arapaho Pharmacy!

When your kid is sick, is late on Saturday and before you reach the pharmacy you get a call from them saying, we got this prescription from your doc, we are about to close but we will wait for you. That is great service.

I have been using CVS and used to their horrible customer service because I was told my insurance only worked at CVS. When I went to get a script filled I was sent to another CVS who sent me to this pharmacy. This was an all around pleasant experience; very quick, very nice and accepted my insurance. The best part was that the pharmacist saw I had just had surgery and asked to speak with me to see how I was doing. It felt good to know the pharmacy was interested in my health. Now that I know they accept my insurance I will be coming back.

The staff is helpful and can be reached without going through an automated system, they fill prescriptions quickly and correctly, and they hardly ever fail to have my unusual dosage in stock, whereas many other pharmacies have me wait days while they place an order. There are all sorts of tom thumbs and cvs and the like that I could reach more easily, but I will keep going to Arapaho as I can trust them to get the job done better than anyone else.

This Pharmacy not only delivers prescriptions, but will also pick up your written prescription signed by your doctor, come back later to deliver the medication. We moved here from south Texas. Arapaho Pharmacy transferred all of our medications for us. They made it so easy. They also special order a medication for me that I refill monthly. They also do compound prescriptions which are medications mixed per your doctor's specifications. Very few pharmacys do that any more. They are very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. It has been over 30 years since I have seen a Pharmacy this good.

They always get my scripts right with minimal wait and the cutest gifts. Also a compounding pharmacy and will order items not in stock. I know I can use the delivery service, but the staff is so nice that I enjoy going in.

I am thrilled to hvae discovverd Arapaho Pharmacy1 Local box pharmacieis didn't carry the medication that i needed unless I wanted to wait a week for ordres to come in. This happened on multiple occasions until I randomly checked with Arapaho Pharmacy. They carry all of the medications that I need - no waiting. The staff has always been fantatic - helpful and pleasant! Nothing but good things to say!

Today 4/21/20 I went to buy 2 hard white masks a small sanitllizer and a small Tylanol pill bottle which cost $49. 00 and some cents. I had $46.00 and Jashwa who is working in the pharmacy who was kind enough to pay from his pocket $3.00. A very, very polite and professional young man. I even asked to take one item off, but he refused and insisted, that I take all my items. I was very happy and I recommend, that you buy your medications and medical supplies from there.

My father-in-law and I went there to get dressing and wrapping for his foot. Their items are reasonably priced and cheaper than Walmart and Walgreens. They have better quality items.

Love my local pharmacy! Prices are comparable to chains. Service is personal. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.
