Best ups store on earth. This is due to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. One in particular named Johnathan besides being a very nice and funny staff member(and I dare say easy on the eyes,) he really took the time to ensure my fragile package made it to its desired location intact by taking extra time to have it sent as safely as possible. Thank you Johnathan. You are an asset to your company. I'm sure you will have your own store in short time.

The customer service at this location is great. Christina had me in and out in no time. She reassured me that my packages will arrive on time and she made sure that everything was taken care of before I walked out.

Christina went above and beyond to help me with everything I had to send off. She was very helpful and patient with me every step of the way. If you ever need anything sent come to this place and ask for her.

What a nice Christmas gift due to our library being closes can kind of have holidays unsettling but due to our local ups store opening up early an best customer service in times of need. I went in at 6:25pm on a week day. I was hesitant to come in because I had just been released from the hospital due to a stroke I had a few days ago. Hilary went above and beyond to make sure I was able to fulfill my Amazon returns. She took charge of the office when everyone else wanted to leave, she was determined to help me in any way she could. She helped me remain calm despite my anxiety, and was so eager to help me in any way she could. I’m sorry it took so long to write this. My memory hasn’t been so good since. People like Hilary are few and far between. She is caring and a natural born leader. I humbly request that you strongly consider her for promotion, or at the very least a raise!

Hilary is absolutely incredible and well deserving of massive recognition for all she does!!

Jesus Christ, the level of patience Christina has for me is unreal. Every single time I come to the store I am in complete disarray, and somehow someway she has so much patience that I’m beginning to think she is the real mother Teresa. God bless her she is incredible.

I had gone to several different places looking for a notorary, on a Saturday with no luck. Finally found this store. Christina was exremely friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes and we were finished. I would recommend going and seeing Christina at this location for anything you notorized! Thank you Christina!

Great UPS location. Have shipped (and will continue to ship) a number of expensive instruments through this location all over the country. Every single one has arrived in perfect condition and the staff at this store is extremely friendly & efficient. Highly recommended.

Love it here! Came in to ship a valentines gift to my husband Out of town and there was two ladies at the front counter who were just absolutely wonderful. They both were trying to take care of me. The ladies in this store are truly phenomenal. I came in with a complicated set of Amazon returns all needing packing and labels, and was blown away by how knowledgeable, kind, and helpful Britnee and Christina were. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me sort through the return process. I can’t commend them highly enough!!

Cannot understand why their review isn't higher. Went in today to drop off AT&T equipment and both members of staff I met today were incredibly nice to be around. I'd absolutely target coming back to this place over any other UPS store. I live closer to others but my experience was terrific. A+ service.

I find the staff and owner at the store extremely helpful. I appreciate getting advice on how to make sure my items are safely packed so they get to their destination in one piece. I don’t mind paying extra to know that my package will be safe. I find everyone there friendly and courteous and will continue to use the services at the store whether it’s packing and shipping, copies or anything else I need.

My company recently moved from FedEx to UPS, when I first started working from home because of COVID. The local UPS Store had been super helpful and I could not praise them more highly. Both of the ladies, both named Allie, are awesome. The are not just friendly but they are very helpful and welcoming. They help other customers carry in their massive amounts of packages and grab those boxes for customers who can't carry them in. Stop by and see the Allies and you to will change to UPS!!
