Zero Gravity Head Spa & Wellness

My first visit with Tracy was outstanding. I chose the Zero Gravity Head Spa and Relaxing Facial—absolutely amazing. Tracy made me feel so comfortable, I nearly fell asleep. Highly recommend for a deeply relaxing experience. Attached is a before and after photo of my dry scalp. Such an incredible difference!

Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

I need to do this more often.

I love a good scalp massage and they didn’t disappoint. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who worked with me, but she was great! She gentle with brushing, let me know when the water temperature would change, and would check in on how comfortable I was.

I did the 60 minute option and it was great! It gives more time to work the products in.

They show you the before and after. I REALLY needed it.

My hair and scalp felt clean and refreshed. Perfect after drying cold weather, product build up and dead skin. I would def recommend!

Tips:
- Go make up free if you do the 60 min (for the mini facial). They have makeup wipes if you need them.
- Blow dry is that. A blow dry. I didn’t mind it, but if you are expecting a blow out, don’t.

I had a 60 minute session with Tracy and it was amazing! The full body massage chair pressure setting was more than I expected but still great, if you are sensitive to pressure go for the light setting. This is a great place to try out if it's your first time doing a head spa/scalp therapy.

My 3 friends and I met up to experience a head spa and all 4 of us were wow’d with the experience and service. Pricing was reasonable and the staff were all courteous and respectful.

Now here are my recommendations:

I was a first time customer (first time to a head spa) and would have liked a “expectations call” or even text. Actually it can be put on website.

For example I think it could have been recommended not to wear make up. That it was not necessary or required to wash hair.

I have curly hair and the staff started to blow dry my hair w/o a diffuser and thankfully the owner (at least I think ot was her) realized the staff was not using a diffuser and found one and took over. I think here just educating the staff that “hey there is someone with curly hair get the diffuser out.”

Is there after care? That we should do or not do? I realize now I should have asked the question but forgive me it was my first time.

Aside from that …I give them 5 stars. I never had felt my scalp feel how it felt. So fresh and so clean.

As for my friends, they loved the location, pricing and experience.

Tracy did a really good job, she made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process and educated me on my hair type and what she would be doing for me, I will 100% be making my next appointment soon! If you ever need an hour away from kids or stress this is the best place to go!!! Thank you again Tracy!

Wow! Zero gravity is a must try. For those of you who need a head/scalp detox, exfoliation, and massage this is the place! I am so happy I gave it a try, and Tracy was a wonderful with dealing with my head and hair! Soft hands, perfect techniques would highly recommend asking for her! 10/10 you should go!!

It is great! Once in a month it’s a good investment for your hair care. My scalp feel so so clean!

I heard about this place from tik tok and i had such a great experience! Tracy is very thorough and very attentive. My scalp felt so clean and my hair so soft after my session! Will definitely be back with friends next time.

Every second of this service was amazing and relaxing. I got the 1 hour service which included a scalp analysis (before and after), hair washing, head massage, facial, aromatherapy, all while in a full body massage chair. It was soooo relaxing. Afterwards they dried my hair too, not a blow out or anything, just basic blow dry, but still soooo worth it.

I just went there with my teenage daughter and we both like it a lot. We really enjoyed every steps of the treatment. Definitely, coming back in 4 weeks that is what they recommended but I don’t think I can wait that long..:).

It was a really comfortable experience! I really liked the massage bed and how clean my scalp is after. I’ve never felt so refreshing and clean for my scalp. Thank you to Tracy!

the employees were very nice. i received the 60min scalp treatment. my scalp felt cool/refreshed walking out. i personally asked for no blowout because i have curly hair. i loved the mini facial that was included. overall it was a nice experience!

I never write reviews but for this one I have to. First and foremost this head spa is perfect when you need to destress and a perfect visit for self care. I give so much props to Delvy. When I go again, I’m asking for her! She is so patient and really takes care of you when you’re under her hands.I recommend requesting her when you book an appointment.

I have zero words to describe how my hair and scalp feel right now. I feel like every sinful box hair treatment I've done to my hair has been stripped away and I've been given new hair. This was the kind of experience that leaves you sitting in your car for twenty minutes trying to wrap your head around the experience you just had. 10/10. You'll get what I'm talking about. Just do it. You're welcome.

Was visiting from out of town and my friend took me here. This is a very nice relaxing spa for treatment. Very friendly and nice. I fell asleep during the massage so it was very relaxing!

This was my first time and it was amazing! Tracy did awesome and made the experience even better. I highly recommend Tracy! My scalp feels so clean and renewed! I will definitely be coming back!

WOW! Incredible experience here at Zero Gravity! I had a scalp detox steam / hair wash /massage to shoulder, neck, face and scalp & hair blow dry. The service was for 60 minutes, I’m so glad I found this business! I will be back again soon! It was absolute heaven, I feel so relaxed and fresh! Amazing job to everyone who helped me. Everyone was so nice, place was so clean and decorated so cute. Great place for me time, or to take someone for their birthday or even a bridal party. Reasonably priced also! 10/10 stars!
