CVS

I’ve been coming to the CVS for years. I’ve never had issues with the store or the pharmacy. I had to call yesterday morning right when they opened to ask why my prescription wasn’t ready. The technician on the phone was quick and helpful and filled it right away. I see other bad reviews here, but I don’t get it! I always have a great experience at this Richardson location off Jupiter.

Typical CVS experience. Decent selection of cold drinks with a wide variety of snacks. The gentleman working the cash register was nice and helpful. Picked up some cat litter which wasn't really the best price but something I needed to pick up so it made things convenient. Not the best not the worst CVS.

CVS employee Barbara is hands down the sweetest and most professional person I've dealt with in any business! She seems to never have a bad day and if she does, she makes sure she doesn't take it out on the customer. If I was to start a business, I'd certainly start it by hiring Barbara or someone just like her! I appreciate you Barbara! Keep up the good work and don't stop being yourself!

The greatest pharmacy! Helen is the BEST pharmacist and shows compassion to sick customers..always a smiling face to greet you and is VERY knowledgeable about the various medications. Dina runs the back like a captain running a tight ship, effectively and smoothly. The other girls may appear rude as they are shy. But once they know you, are the friendliest people!

Was not feeling well stopped in to use the blood pressure machine, was broken. Lady at pharmacy gave me an electric one and told me to sit down and rest. Very nice. Knowing what my blood pressure was made me feel better. Thanks for being so nice to me.

Due to new insurance, had to switch to cvs and just talked with pharmacist on phone. Was very helpful and polite. Had to do alittle waiting, but no big deal. Its called patience. Dont see y everone is upset.

I was at this Cvs location since I was looking for medicine for my mom !! MITRA who works at pharmacy came our of her way and help me 100% great customer service, very nice and she help me to find right meditation for my mom cvs need more people like MITRA I am CVS customer for 10 years now.

Catherine in pharmacy is so sweet and made sure to keep me very safe during my flu shot. Excellent AND quick customer service

came by for a few things I needed. The guy working was really nice... helped me find what I need, and even honored the price for me when I told him the price was wrong.

The store is an older store but it's always stocked! I always get great bargains with my CVS card and coupons!

Never had a problem at this location. Really sad how much people complain about this store.
