Ramiro was such an awesome person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he helped me find the perfect mattress. He even took the time to explain the benefits of having an adjustable base. He was just overall pleasant to interact with. But the best part was that I did not feel pressured to buy today. So it made for an extremely enjoyable experience.

Great experience.Phil did an excellent job in showing me the options within my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the different beds and which ones would be a good match for my needs. As far as I am concerned, he and Mattress Firm knocked it out of the park.

We have purchased 2 mattresses from this store and have had good luck both times with them having what we need and very helpful sales staff.

David was the employee who helped me purchase a Sealy mattress. I came in once to figure out what type of mattress I liked and did not make a purchase since the mattress was not in stock for clearance. The Sealy hybrid model is their most popular for a good reason, and was told it’s rarely in stock and get sold immediately. I was able to contact him a few weeks later to ask about the mattress but in a different size to check availability. He responded quickly and was able to help me try out the mattress and make my purchase. Overall it was good experience and would recommend this store.
