It's the most peaceful place to be

Do not book with Unity they make it near impossible to get a refund. I’ve had rooms booked for EDC 2020 and every time I requested a refund it’s been denied. I was even told to dispute with my bank and my group got our money temporarily until it was reversed. I asked if we can get a price match on the hotel rooms we booked through them as we booked the Luxor as a backup for $150 per person cheaper. If unable to do that then move us to the nicer hotel offered. They were unable to do that as well. This is my 3rd time doing business with them and my last. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My mother and Aunt recently bough tickets on July 5th of this year for a vacation (with Lufthansa) to Nigeria with Audrey (one of the Agents at this location). When they called to confirm their flight (on Wed. 14) they found that the flight had been cancelled the day after it had been booked!

After leaving numerous messages and texts and even going to the location, they have still not been able to get in touch with the lady.
ONLY to find that the surrounding businesses have seen many families looking to contact her also! Please save yourself the time and the money before going to this travel agency. I'm putting this review up so no one else gets conned by this business front.

Her business also goes by Unity Abroad but that is a new name for the same business. Please be aware!
