The owner was most helpful in what I needed to pack my coveted fine china collection and Waterford crystal. My former husband was driving out to Portland, OR with trailer of items for our son and family. It arrived with no broken or chipped items! Thanks to the expert help in how to safely and easily pack the items.
I had a couple of items unopened and returned them with ease.
I truly can recommend this store to family, friends and whomever I happen to come across with packing needs !

Very professional. Helped me find the right boxes for shipping my items. He also packaged them for a fraction of the cost that the shipping company was gonna charge. He even handled the shipping for me. Saved me a lot of time and money. The photo is of of the items after he wrapped it for me.

Needed a certain sized box because I busted my Christmas tree box. Boxes To Go cut me a custom size to fit, in and out in less than 10 min! Quite large inventory and the owner was very pleasant to chat with. Will be back next time I need any boxes! ☺

I had some barbecue sauce to send to relatives in Ohio. They were in glass bottles. I didn't know quite had a wrap them so I came to boxes to go in Richardson and he wrapped them very securely and even made me a mailing label and I was able to pay my UPS shipping at his store. Awesome place I would recommend them to anyone who needs to send a package anywhere in the world. They have have boxes of all sizes. The owner is very accommodating.

I came in needing many boxes of a wide variety of sizes. Melwin, the owner, personally helped me. He had every size I needed, and the one size that I bought out his inventory of, he assured me that he could have as many as I need the next day. After paying a fair price, he helped me carry all of my boxes out to my truck. Great experience!

My go-to for all box needs. High quality, sturdy, unmarked boxes in all sizes along with other moving supplies. Easy to get in and out and the prices are better than anywhere else I’ve found.

They even take back used (still serviceable) boxes and resell them for bargain hunters.

I’ve been a customer of Boxes to Go for many years now, even when they were at their previous location. What made me finally write a review is they have a new owner named Melwin who is the wrapping/shipping champion. Seriously he’s the GOAT when it comes to wrapping delicate items. Blown away by his skills. Highly recommended if you need a delicate item shipped out and want to make sure it arrives in one piece.

I just left Boxes To Go and the owner, Melwin took care of everything! He helped me with packing and shipping! His customer service was amazing and greatly appreciated!

Great place! They have all kinds of shipping box sizes. If you are having trouble finding shipping boxes of specific dimensions, this is the place you need to go to. You'll find a great variety of sizes.

Remodeling means packing your home in boxes for a bit. The book boxes are the right size for me. They keep me from trying to lift too much at one time. The man who attends this store was helpful, friendly, and even kind. He helped me locate the things I needed, checked my bundles to make sure they were full count, then carried them to my car and packed them in for me. Old fashioned customer service is so lovely to find in our busy world!

Excellent selection and the prices are unbeatable. I ship a lot of oddly shaped, high-value items such as guitars and heavy equipment like amplifiers and mixers, things that need to be well protected and don't fit in conventional boxes. I can always find exactly what I need here and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will walk you through the whole store and help you find exactly what you need for your job, and they'll help carry it to your car.
I was a shipping specialist for most of my working career and a major part of my job was finding the best materials at the lowest cost. I would have a very difficult time trying to locate the specialty boxes and other items stocked here and even with the bulk discounts I had I would never find it for these prices. The only thing I have seen here that would not buy is the packing tape, but that is pretty much universally overpriced anywhere you go except certain online retailers.

TLDR: Happy customer, good product, great selection and pricing, wide selection of products in stock, friendly and helpful staff, I will be back anytime I have a need, my go-to for shipping and packaging materials.

Boxes-to-go has the nicest employees. working there. Not only did they carefully help me with a pack for a china set I was taking home from my mom, but when we left our battery was dead and they took a break (on Black Friday to boot) to jump our car and send us on our way. The place is impeccable… organized, excellent customer service and reasonably priced.

I cannot speak more highly of this place and their service to their customers. I went here to buy some boxes for my move out of state. I had not figured out how to move my furniture and had less than 4 days to do so. The team lended their expertise and knowledge of the freight industry to help me plan my shipment, pack and protect the furniture, and load the furniture on pallets to the freight company. They also helped keep me in contact with the freight company for delivery updates. The store owner personally helped me with the kindness and hospitality I came to associate with Texans.

On top of all this, they also have a great selection of boxes for packing (even odd sizes like for fridges) and I purchased a few for my move.
