This morning I came to this location to get gas. It seemed to be a normal day, but my card was declining at the pump. So I figured I’d go inside and pay, the really nice lady Annette helped me. She said that there was an issue with the system out there so everyone’s cards were declining this morning. I tried a few more times but I believe there is an issue with my card now. Trying to find the issue we tried swiping my card a few more times. It wasn’t working, I really needed gas because I’ve put it off for too long. Not knowing that, the kind cashier, Annette used her Apple Pay and paid for my $10 worth of gas. She has no idea how thankful I am. Not only is she amazing at her job. She also is a very kind person and she helps restore my faith in humanity. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for at least 7 years. This is exactly what customer service is all about. Thank you to this employee for her hard work and dedication. It doesn’t go unnoticed to the public.

The night lady was ungodly rude and didn’t help at all, she gave attitude when I tried to ask for help. And when I got to the counter, she was no where to be seen because she was outside while I was in the store. Overall she does not have good customer service at all.

Place was not well kept. Men’s restroom was dirty, toilet paper all over the ground, no soap in dispenser, sinks dirty as well! Store floor was also dirty. Walked by manager on his phone instead of keeping store clean! I can only imagine the cleanliness of the food area! Store is only a few years old but looks like it’s been around longer.

$2.79 for that! Are we being charged per bite now? Never again

I needed gas before heading to San Antonio so we decided to stop here. I pull up and all of the gas pumps were dirty and covered with bird poop. There was lots of trash on the ground both near the pumps and as you walked into the store. The gas pump itself had not been upgraded in a long time. There was not even a "tap to pay".

I walked in to get a drink and the cooler seemed "ok" stocked. It was not well stocked at all, but could find what I was looking for. The rest of the store looked like it had been picked over. There was a young guy and a young girl working the registers. The young guy was nice, but did not seem like he did not care at all that the store looked like it was falling apart and was dirty. The young girl ignored me when I walked back inn because I needed a receipt for the gas I got at the pump.

This store should be closed, remodeled and they need to bring in employees who are going to one more professional and not want to just act like you are wasting their time. I almost did not get gas here because the place looked so run down.

Most poorly managed and ran store I have ever come to! Management needs to go back through training. Dirty. Trash everywhere, never receipt paper in the pumps, always an attitude and never a smile on anyone's face when you're greeted. If you hate your job, go find something you like to do so you don't spoil everyone else's day with your scrappy attitude. I'm sure business has steadily declined at this location! Won't stop here anymore. When I pay at the pump, I don't want to have to go inside for a receipt. That's why you have a receipt printer on the pumps. I will be referring all of this to the GM!! Better get on the ball people!!

Half the gas pumps have been broken for months. The others credit card machines don't work. There's always one person working (who are usually quite nice) while 3 work the unedible taco stand. Put in some work orders and get this fixed.

Sign says 3.03$ (without gift card). Pay for gas 3.27$. all the gas station before and after are 2.85$ greedy gas station prices. False advertisement.

This is the worst gas station in San Marcos! They charge you for air… There’s usually two people working and neither one of them know what they’re doing. Avoid this please at all costs.

Customer service in this entire town sucks so you can expect it here. Broken pumps, too.

I'd like to pile on with the opinion that the store was filthy. I don't have high expectations, so this says a lot.

Place is a joke and when and if the have food getting decent service would be a miracle.
