(Update post Year 1) Well after the 1st year of service my appreciation of Michael's account management has only increased. It is tough times right now in the insurance industry with escalating costs and associated steeply rising premiums. Michael was quick to recognize the stress and anxiety this would add to the policy renewal time period and was proactive in reaching out to explain and assist in identifying mitigating solutions. The costs are still higher but not near as much as they could have been. Thanks again for being there when most needed!

Worked hard and met the challenge. Started with a wood shingled 176 year old historical home and moved on a hunting ranch and primary home. Through in 2 vehicles and an umbrella policy to boot.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and our realtor highly recommended Franke to us. Being new to the home buying experience, everything that had to be done was a whirlwind, and the choices were even more complicated. Except when it came to buying home owners insurance. Michael and his team were beyond phenomenal with answering all of our questions. His patience and professionalism was A+ caliber of customer service and quite possibly the best case scenario that you'd hope for when taking on something so monumental in life.

Where the rubber meets the road; about 2 months after moving into our new home, the inevitable happened. A major and extremely costly home repair was required. We had to have our main sewer line completely replaced. The out of pocket expense was well over $9,000. We first turned to our homeowners insurance to file a claim ourselves. Our insurance initially came back saying that this claim was not a typical item under coverage and would most likely not be covered. Enter the AWESOMENESS that is Franke Insurance Services. Michael not only took it upon himself to handle the entire claim and go to bat with the insurance company, this genius had the foresight to actually pre-elect us into this coverage. Our ENTIRE claim was covered. This was beyond a blessing for my wife and I. I cannot express enough gratitude to this gentlemen and his team. They are truly looking out for their customers, and have pulled through for us.
