I LOVE McAlister’s!!! Always great food here. Drinks are large and free refills. I always get a nacho basket to start. My meal is usually the Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich. I also get a side Caesar salad. I always leave filled up. I usually spend a little more than $20 for myself on everything but most people’s meals are usually $10 - $20. If you have never had this place you should definitely go. It’s one of my top 3 places to eat when I’m not eating Mexican food.

One of my favorites is the Memphian sandwich with Ice tea. Tortilla soup is also excellent.
Love the online ordering with the drive up "pick up" window. Easy and fast. We don't have to make any extra calls or go inside to pick up.

The sweet tea and strawberry lemonade are my favorites!! Also the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich is my go-to sandwich.

The employees are always kind, and the place is always clean. I have yet to have a negative experience here. Everything I have tried, was really good. I love meeting here for a sandwich or soup, and the environment is relatively calm.

I prefer this location to most DFW ones I have been to, if that’s any indication.

We are regulars. This is our Go-To place. Friendly staff, clean environment, and delicious food. My favorite is the Savannah Salad and the Spicy Southwest Chicken Sandwich. Also, they have the best tea in town.

Super fast. I mean food was at our table before we were. Small mixup with our soups, but they fixed it.

This place means a lot to me. If not the potatoes or the soup. I love eating here. But that tea though lol. You can access this jewel via yellow, red or purple line. It is literally in the heart of South Tyler and the customer service is top notch. Saxton Pierce has a great place here. Shout out to Steven Lee and Jordan. You will not be disappointed if you ever come here and dine. You can order waiter or get it to go. And I approve this message.

Usually love McAllisters especially the Chicken Tortilla soup and I’m not the type to leave negative reviews. The staff is very friendly and the food is usually pretty good but I found a live wasp or some sort of bug in my chicken Caesar salad tonight so obviously there’s some sanitation issues. Luckily I saw it before I even got the chance to eat it.

Edit: they reached out to me and were very apologetic and even provided with a a gift card which was very nice. Sometimes these things happen. Definitely still a favorite of mine

Savannah Chop Salad is always good. The lemonade drinks are refreshing, and amazing! This place is very clean. The workers are incredible, always ready to serve.

Changed from 1 to 5 ⭐ due to the water finally not tasting like tap! Just like the old days ✅ most entrees aren't that good of a value...

I personally think that the best value entrees would be within the big and bold sandwiches section.

We had our food in 5 minutes and refilled our drinks at the table.

Got my food quick and easy with the pickup. Food was good as always. Pretty decent staff as well.

Remodel/reopening of this location. Food is awesome. Service was great. Employees are very nice and helpful. Friendly front staff. And patient. Clean dining area! Pricey but the food is high quality and lots of it.

Amazingly fast service, great waiter, nice menu. Clean restaurant despite massive rush. 100/10!

Alejandra Lozano has the best customer service. She is kind, patient, friendly and considerate.

I called the restaurant bc they forgot things on my order. The manager on duty on 2/4 was very kind. He apologized and was quick to fix it.

My favorite sandwich place in Tyler. This is the best sweet tea youll have in your life. Go and eat

Went here tried the New Yorker . Was a great sandwich It was so big I took half of it home. Tea was good as usual. Will come back again.

Great food fast. Friendly staff and a clean environment. I will definitely be coming back
