Sleep City Mattress Superstore Tyler

I went to a recent Home and Garden show in Oklahoma City. Justin from Sleep City invited me to sit in one of their massage chairs.

I am a retired Army Paratrooper with 100 percent Disability. Just 10 minutes in the chair made me feel fantastic. Justin offered me a great deal. They delivered the chair and I now use it two to three times per day.

It doesn't solve all of my problems. I am still disabled and I still pay taxes. But it makes those burdens more bearable.

We went in to look for new mattress, and I was set on a nectar based upon online reviews. Shane was great and the allowed us to look around without pressuring us. He also showed us multiple other mattresses, which we then decided to get a Posturepedic hybrid. We are excited as it is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sleep City Tyler and ask for Shane!!

Best buying experience I have ever had! Michael was great. Very knowledgeable, asked the right questions to help us find what we needed. Left us to try out the mattresses at our own pace. Was very patient and not pushy! Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a new bed.

Found this place on Google and Shane was absolutely great in helping me find exactly what I needed. They have a great selection and I was very pleased with my purchase. I ended up purchasing 2 mattresses. If needed in the future I will return to Sleep City.

Michael was incredibly helpful walking us through the showroom and helping us settle on a great choice for us and our daughters rooms!! Very knowledgeable and willing to work within our budget without being pushy!

Highly recommend! Saw a mattress we liked online and went into the store to check it out. Shane helped us and matched the price online! Even was able to ship to us within 2 days. Our king mattress was priced way better than the other stores in town.

If we could give a 10 star rating we would. My wife and I came into the Tyler locations where we met Mr. Shane Stark. He was absolutely incredible to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable regarding every product we looked at. When it came to meeting our needs and price he did not make us feel pressured into making any decision one way or the other. Awesome experience, so if your looking for a mattress and or adjustable frame go see Shane Stark at the Tyler store.

Mike provided the absolute best experience with excellent knowledge and patience in me making a decision. I tried other mattress stores, but none of them had the engaging hospitality that he did, nor could they offer me nearly as good of a deal. He was happy to have me try out as many mattresses as many times as I wanted, including a second trip back. With other places I visited, it felt like I was a bother to them. Mike even went the extra mile to get my purchase shipped to me as fast as possible. 10/10.

Forest was a great salesperson. I highly recommend buyers to ask for him. Forest went above and beyond as we had a bed frame that needed to leave with our old mattress and box spring. Forest said if the delivery guys were not able to take it away he would come out and take it away himself . The two delivery people with 6 years experience not only did a great job delivering but they did take the frame away.

Had been looking all over for a mattress with no luck, until I walked into sleep city mattress store in Tyler, David was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and for a great price, I’ve had my bed for a few days now and I am so pleased with how it feels, so comfortable! 10/10 would recommend getting your next mattress here and don’t forget to try out their massage chairs! They are amazing!

Came in just to look and get a feel of what we wanted. Michael helped us so much we decided to get one. He was so nice and knowledgeable and understanding. Would recommend getting your mattress from them.

We had an awesome experience at Sleep City this past weekend! We walked in not having done much research, but the staff was great and very patient. They answered all of our questions, helped us narrow down our options based on our preferences and budget, and allowed us space to make our final decision at the end. We could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

I had a great experience with this store. Buying a Tempur Pedic, I knew I was going to pay the same no matter where I bought from. The customer service made all the difference. David worked with me on accessories and made sure I was delivered my bed quickly. Rather than just a sell, I felt valued as a customer. I would highly recommend!

My husband is very ill and I needed a good mattress. I called and a young man answered helped me pick out the mattress and completed my paper work and promptly delivered it. The delivery people were wonderful and I am totally happy. My husband did not want a new mattress but he has fallen in love with his posture pedis mattress and sleeps like a baby. We both use to lay awake for a good while we now fall fast asleep within 5 minutes. Thank you for all your help. I recommend you to everyone they will not be sorry they bought this mattress.
