Buckle

I went with my boyfriend to the Tyler mall location!! I’ve only ever been in a Buckle location with my daughter at Town East and always felt out of place and unsure of what to buy which would usually lead me to walk out without anything.. Emily at the location in Tyler asked if I needed help almost immediately when she saw me looking at the pants!! I’ve never bought pants with the type of sizing y’all sell so I didn’t know what I was looking for!! I requested my size in some skinny jeans which Emily asked me if I was ok with and I said yes… she also asked if I’d like to try on some other styles as well and picked me out some bootcut jeans.. she sent me to a dressing room and checked on me asking which sizes were best and even brought more styles for me to try.. needless to say, I ended up going with all the styles she picked and none of the skinny jeans!! Emily took one look at my figure and found jeans that looked great for me!! She even wrote my styles and sizes on a card for the future!! She was very sweet and never made me feel out of place!! I will definitely be back and definitely be bragging on sweet Emily at the Tyler mall location ❤

OK. I'm not great with photos.. BUT these pieces are AMAZING..the half and half has the shoulders out. The jacket will do any pair of jeans justice. Oh lots and lots of graphic tees and tons of jeans too

Sooo I checked online first and the store said open til 9, I walked in at about 8:03, browsed around and was asked if I needed help. When I was checking out, they told me they actually closed at 8 and that the hours hadn’t been updated. I felt so bad about being there past closing, but the employees were all so sweet and helpful. I needed some clothes to go out in since mine are in storage, and they helped me and hyped up the things I tried on. It was like having friends to shop with which was nice because I literally have no one to shop with in east Texas as we just moved out here 🤣😂 will definitely return.

Susie was amazing! She helped my husband find so many pants! She was super helpful and went out of her way to help us. This was our first time in the Buckle and will be back for sure. Thank you Susie!

Great, helpful staff who knew the right amount of attention to provide in order to make the sale.
Specifically: they had my sizes in everything I wanted, and the staff was both helpful in finding what was needed, but also knew when to “give me space” as I tried things on (as opposed to constantly “checking to see if you’re okay” while barraging you with unsolicited items that “will look great with those jeans!”).

All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am not much of a shopper, and I tend to go in knowing what I want. I prefer to get exactly that, and move along. The staff here allowed precisely that.

Will definitely return to this location for my next pair of Buckle Jeans (which are about the only ones I wear anymore, as they fit correctly and the store alters them as needed/if necessary or preferred).

Love the buckle!! The associates are so friendly and helpful. Most of them all know me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I don't buy any jeans from anywhere else as they back the quality of their stuff. If you have a button come off, it doesn't matter how long you have had them, they will fix them for you for free. Love their loyalty deals too!!

I went in today with my husband to exchange his shirt. We were helped by Candice. She was so nice and so helpful we ended up spending an additional $800. All associates were extremely nice and helpful but she went out of her way to help us. I didn't even know buckle sold plus sizes and I left with 3 shirts and 2 jeans.

My favorite go to spot for a quick last minute outfit. Brilen never disappoint me he has a good eye for fashion.

Best experience shopping ever! Dan helped me try on sooo many clothes and was super helpful and had such a positive attitude 👏Thanks again! I will be back soon!
