Best Buy

Came in to scout and review sourcing a new TV and Security System. We were met and welcomed by Nate, a sales associate, who answered every question and took the time to walk us through the options and pros and cons of each product. He was phenomenal to work with, which caused us to make some additional purchases as well, which pains me to say.🤣 Couldn't ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales associate! Great job Nate & Best Buy...

I called to check if they sell a 43 inch " Not Smart TV" because my parents can't seem to keep up with their newly purchased Smart TV from a different store chain. BUT.......even though you do sell one; they decided that they are going to keep the Smart TV and give me and my brother the job security of fixing all the issues that occur when The Smart TV is smarter than us.......(No harm intended...hope you found a little humor.)
The employee (whom stated her name but i failed to write it down) xewas a female and was super nice. She knew exactly what I meant when I told her I needed to know if they sold a 43 inch NOT SMART TV.......She got the price of it as well and told me she had it there in the store. I felt she could easily understand my concerns without thinking I'm stupid. New gadgets or technology for aging parents isn't always best. Easier and simple is sometimes they key as well as cost efficient.
But overall, your employee did great. She did the job that was asked of her and was never rude and never cut me off. She even asked if I had anything else I needed help with and ultimately Thanked me for calling Best Buy. Even on a bad day, a simple "Thank You" to me will not go unnoticed. So, thank you for knowing your job. Keep Up The Good Work Tyler,TX- Best Buy!

My experience was really cool, we went in looking for the new S24 ultra samsung phone and left with the Nintendo OLEAD gaming machine. They were very helpful, and it was so not painful at all for me anyway. Thank you Best Buy of Tyler.....

Best Buy is my go-to for any technology. This location is superb. Well maintained. Well managed. And staffed by competent, knowledgeable personnel, in my opinion.

Always good - service, selection, price. Though, the inventory seems to have shifted more to on-line availability. But, that is a good thing! Find it on-line, and go pick it up, or have it shipped. Competitive prices with Amazon, Adorama, B&H, etc.

Went in store to upgrade my att phone and the young lady Angel was outstanding!!! We were able to upgrade our phone to iPhone 15 pro max! And her customer service made us not want to leave! She deserves a raise

Service was quick and easy, but shelves were a little bare. Though it was just after Christmas so it should be expected. Even though we didn't find what we needed on the shelves they were able to provide us with the product from the front 'attic' shelves.

Had a return due to bought the wrong ipencil for an iPad was done fast with no problems and was also able to get the right ipencil for our iPad. Excellent customer service and really quickly done.

We were looking to replace the tv in our bedroom. "Nate" asked if he could help. He explained the different features of various tv's and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. After a few minutes we purchased our tv and are looking forward to installation this week. A very positive experience. "Nate" gets an A+ !

Justin was a great help while we were there. I've kinda forgotten about Best Buy over the years but I was very satisfied with our customer service. Recommend this place!

Excellent car audio install. Juan did an excellent job installing the amp and subwoofer in my car and was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend Juan for any car audio install.

Going to Best Buy is often an adventure in frustration-land. Trying to find what I need while towing around an active, curious child can make the experience one that I work hard to avoid. Yesterday was different. While my son was much the same, the customer service made a huge difference in how frustrated I was by the time I left. The two employees who helped find and checkout the merchandise I needed made the experience better than most I've had in the past. I was definitely recommend going here. My son and I were able to walk out with exactly what we were looking for, and I didn't get frustrated with trying to wrangle my son and find someone to assist me at the same time.

Many options of power banks. I am happy with my selection.
