CEFCO Convenience Store

Super nice cashier today. Easy pay works here but nowhere else. The cashier even offered to carry out my case of soda! Very refreshing. I wish I remebered her name but I will only go to this Cefco from now on and I will get her name next time.

The $2 air pump does not work ! And the cashier doesn’t even have enough decency to put a sign letting people know it does not work . “ it’s not our company” she replied . But it says CEFCO at the top of the Air pump and it’s APART of your establishment. Little things like that do matter.

All the paper towels to clean your window at the pumps were empty. Every dispenser at every pump. The water contained little if any glass cleaner. The squeegee was also missing at my pump and I had to search for one.

Always out of extra large cups. Fountain machine is always down at night. Rude employees.

3rd time here since I live close by - NEVER any paper in gas pumps for receipts......gotta go in. Won't be back!

Apple Pay things don’t work on the pumps, so I went inside to pay. Used Apple Pay but I forgot to switch the card and I asked the cashier to back out of it so I could do it over with the correct card. I was then told they don’t accept Apple Pay, I told him I just used Apple Pay so obviously they do take it. I was told again that they don’t accept Apple Pay and the machines aren’t supposed to take it either. Highly annoyed that he wouldn’t just back out of it to let me do it again when obviously Apple Pay works if it let me use the wrong card the first time. (Made the beep noise and everything) Had to go to a completely different gas station because he wouldn’t back out and let me do it again. 🙄

I've come here quite a few times and I definitely won't come back again. They are always out of stock including Coke and Dr. Pepper. Everytime I stopped by about 1030 am during the week. They're completely out and they don't keep it in stock including in the refrigerated area. If they have it, they don't stock it. Someone need to learn to give a better business or it'll go downhill.

went to this station after i left the gym to get some gas sign out front says 3.39 a gallon go inside to prepay and come out and pump gas price at the pump says 3.49 a gallon. i asked the lady working inside about the price difference she said the price changed at 10 pm that night so 6 hours later they are still advertising one price and charging another .

I went in at 9pm ended up calling the police the cashier was very unprofessional and literally stole my money the manager is very unprofessional and obviously they just hire anyone at this store. The guy yelled and screamed at me while I had my 4 year old son the police did not do anything I was threatened this is a typical situation of prejudice the police here in Tyler are not professional they treated me very badly I will be filing a report on the officers the clerk and the manager
