Outback Steakhouse

Our server was Kyle, and he was being trained by a very good trainer letting Kyle take the reins. It wasn't a rushed experience as it wasn't too busy during the weekdays. Our drunk order was taken and brought out to us quickly. Kyle took our order, and it didn't take long to be brought out to us. Our food was delicious, made exactly as we had asked for it to be prepared. My burger had the blooming onions on it mayo on the side. I fell in love with the in-house pickles. They even brought me extra of those. My wife had 6 ounce steak, loaded baked potato, and steak butter. We were very satisfied with the staff and our meals. I'm already wanting to go back.

Russell was amazing tonight as I took my granddaughter out to eat. He was so friendly and respectful. Looks like he loves his job and it was a pleasure for both of us to be served by a server like him!

The manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased with our food and services! We will be back for sure!
So fun to think we have a place like this to enjoy a good meal in Tyler, Texas!

Today we had the pleasure of having lunch with Tawnya. She is amazing at her job! She has an awesome personality & made us laugh throughout our visit! My wife, 2 daughters, & myself agree she is by far the best server we've ever had!

My husband and I wanted a blooming onion. Food was delicious. If you are allergic to something, you might want to be aware that there is cross contamination. I asked for a loaded baked potato without the bacon as I am mildly allergic to bacon and there was a tiny piece of bacon in my potato when I got it. Other than that service and food was good.

Audrey S. was amazing! Very attentive, sweet, and caring. She made sure everything came out the way it should. The food was good, the service was outstanding!

We order are food by pickup and this was probably the best dinner I have had in a while!!
I got the chicken with mashed potatoes and let's just say my plate was wiped clean!!

I went here for lunch during the week with some co-workers, and everything was was great! I want to say how much I appreciated how the whole staff showed amazing teamwork! I have worked in the industry, and finding people that can work as a team can be quite challenging. The food was amazing as well. I applauded them and will be returning!

Just ate lunch with Tawnya at the Tyler location. I have to say she is amazing! She went above and beyond, providing perfect service our entire meal! Her attitude & smile are contagious!

Steak wasn't as awesome as usual but was good. And let me tell you, the waitress was great and she understood when I asked for water and lemon on the side lol

I always forget about Outback, but I will say every single time I come I am very pleased with the food and service. This particular time I was lucky enough to have Sophia as my waitress. She was extremely kind and very good with her words. She has the biggest smile, and was very patient and polite! I am very pleased with her service and with definitely come back!!
Also point to the chefs this night because my food was amazing and my steak was cooked perfect!

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the manager Scott on duty January 26th 2024 about 5:00 p.m.

I had placed a simple order to go for a Caesar salad. When I got home I did not have any dressing for my Caesar salad. Disappointed of course I called and Scott answered. I asked if there were any delivery drivers coming this way that could drop off some dressing. He said he would make it happen.

About 20 minutes later a truck pulls up to the front of my house and when I open the front door I realize it's actually Scott who came and personally delivered my Caesar dressing along with a card for a free dessert. That was impressive STELLAR service from Scott, Outback!

That's the kind of customer service we've all been missing for a very long time. So very grateful for a manager like him in our area! Keep up the great work Scott, we appreciate you!

Tawnya is the best server we have ever had! She is so pleasant and knowledgeable about your menu! The food she recommended was amazing!

We were there for dinner with my service dog, I had a medical episode. They were caring and understanding from the waitres, to the manager, and even the customers that were around us. I just wanted to say to be treated fairly and professionally was a great feeling. They completely let my dog do his job and they offered assistance if I needed it.
Our waitress, Brittany, was great and our food was amazing( even though I didnt get to enjoy finishing mine). Thank you for not making me feel humiliated. The last restuaraunt I was in told me that I could not be having a seizure in their bathrom and told my kids that I was a drunk.

What an excellent experience! Atmosphere was nice, music was great and not too loud. Tawnya was our server and she did a phenomenal job!! Our tea was never out and she is just the sweetest! We laughed and enjoyed her exuberant personality! Steak was cooked to perfection and the seasoned rice and salad complemented it perfectly. We will definitely be back and hopefully Tawnya will be there to serve us!

I love going to Outback. I have recently figured out they have bacon butter, WHAT! It's so good on steak and baked potato. The service is the best, Tawnya is amazing and takes really good care of us.

Our server was Lee super nice guy and very polite. Had some issues with the blooming onion it came back burnt but he was able to replace it quickly. Food was good and great service definitely would come again.

Tawnya was my server and she was amazing. The food was great as well. Tawnya knows how to make you feel welcome like home and is very funny. My family and I loved her so much. Definitely recommend tawnya as your server.

I need to brag about how awesome of an experience I had tonight. I was celebrating my birthday and the team did such an amazing job to make it an amazing night! Heather, Cody, and Sydney were all amazing in making tonight perfect! The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious, and the experience was fantastic!! Everything about the service made it such a great night and an awesome birthday experience! Thank you Tyler Outback team for being such amazing people and providing top notch service!

Been here a couple of times... but this last visit was by far the best ever. Are waitress was very helpful and the service was awesome. Food was delicious and came out quick. Just a great visit. We will be back
