I can't say enough good things about Classic Toyota of Tyler. I asked Bailey from the initial phone call if I could purchase a vehicle that hadn't arrived yet without getting the $3,000 dealer add-ons, and she called me back within 5 minutes saying if I'd be willing to put a deposit down she'd make the deal. Quick and easy! Great people.

She got some preliminary numbers sent over and texted me the day it arrived. I drove 120 miles to get there, but they had everything ready. They even added tint at no charge!

I normally don't purchase extended warranties, but Cameron put some numbers in front of me I couldn't turn down. The signing process was very smooth and efficient, too.

Ruby was sweet and helpful, making sure that my car was ready to go and getting me set up.

I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes!

Overall, this dealership went above and beyond in so many ways. Even though I live 120 miles out, I will put them into consideration when I make a new purchase.

I don't live in Tyler but I was visiting a relative in the hospital in Tyler. When I was leaving town I happened to drive by the dealership and saw what I thought was the perfect truck but didn't have time to stop. I later called them and was helped by Adam and Woody. They allowed me to have a mechanic inspect the truck and we handled everything over the phone and then delivered the truck to me in Austin. I got a killer deal too! Easiest vehicle purchase ever and the truck was even better than I hoped. I definitely recommend them!

I’ve bought my cars and had them serviced at Classic Toyota for 30 years now. The service is always wonderful. I usually wait. This time Ally was excellent! She explained my options on a repair, gave me a printout on 4 different tires (need new tires) with complete pricing and warranties. Then they changed my oil. All in 65mins. Plus the free pecan coffee was fresh and hot 😁. Always a great experience with classic.

Purchased two vehicles here over the years. Great service and product during those interactions. However, they’ve since added an extra $2999 for “Dealer Options” on everything, that I personally think is just a way to increase the costs. Not a great selection of new vehicles since the COVID days and all the production and supply chain issues that all the dealerships have experienced.

Bought our 2nd car from them today. Worth the 2 hour drive there to be treated like family. Bailey Fountain was an amazing help! She tracked down my car and had it for me pretty fast! Then Tony in finance rangled the best deal possible for us. 10 out of 10❤
