The Home Depot

I love this location to shop for all my home hardware goods. The staff is always friendly. The store is always busy but there's never a long wait in line. There's self check out and customer service. A large garden section which is my favorite. Very nice selection of paints and flooring options to upgrade your home. Any and all repair needs. Curbside pickup and delivery is an option just in case you you cannot leave home.

The only thing I didn't like is they only have one cashier. That cashier is for contractors. The rest of us have to check ourselves out. We have to do all the work. They should at least give us $5 off our bill for doing all the work. Fire the Artificial Intelligence and put people back to work.

I go with my husband and ride a riding cart due to handicapped, and bring my dog with us. Able to get assistance when needed but sometimes must wait.

This place has come a long way. It used to be disorganized and impossible to find what you need or someone to help. I always shopped at Lowes. Lowes changed management a few years ago and became an absolute dump. Ever since Home Depot stepped up their game and is by far the most organized of the two. Plus, you can actually rely on the app and maps to be accurate with what they have and exactly where it’s at at least 9/10 times. Their prices are very competitive and they offer a wide range of options. I wish they had a better military appreciation program, it is really one of the worst things about their company.

Great service the store neat clean plenty of parking. The store was very busy, each associate l past asked if l needed help.home Depot you must be proud of your employees

Found em and person giving us directions said Home Depot would come and do a maintenance service on our AC. They were great!!

Home Depot is the place to go easy tool rental, easy delivery, has almost everything in stock. Some of the employees arnt very knowledgeable. But they are short on employees. Makes my home remodeling a breeze and my lawn car easy. Has basic lawn mower parts

Home Depot is almost always great. Today I needed something that was up high where they stock extras of stuff. An employee helped me and worked really hard to get the item which was stuck under other items. She did this with a great attitude, although I know it must have been frustrating to have to work so hard to get one item out. We always have great interactions with employees there!

Update:::: The following day after posting the review below i was contacted by a higher level of management who assured me that the situation would be handled appropriately, therefore, I will be changing my review back to 5 stars as long as they correct this isolated incident.

I recently faced an extremely disappointing experience at Home Depot in Tyler, TX. After carefully coordinating a major home insulation project and spending nearly $700 on materials, my reservation for a cellulose blow-in machine was canceled without explanation, mere hours before pickup.

The subsequent handling of the situation was unprofessional, to say the least. The rental department manager's response was not only inadequate but openly disrespectful, including a shockingly rude remark over the phone.

Despite purchasing more than double the required amount for a free rental, I was met with delays, condescension, and zero genuine efforts to rectify the situation. This incident cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress, not to mention the potential damage to my front yard.

Home Depot was once my go-to for home improvement needs, but this experience has severely eroded my trust in the company. I expect better from a reputed brand like Home Depot and hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such a situation does not happen again.

I have to say thank you to Bianca in customer service in Tyler, Tx for going above and beyond today to help me. She straightened out a problem situation with a damaged product that was delivered to my house. She spent a long time helping me and did it with a smile! Smart employees like this are hard to find, you better hang on to her!
