I wish I had gotten the girls name who helped me because she was so knowledgeable and sweet. The store itself is very bright and welcoming with all the products displayed beautifully and so organized. I’m so happy to have another option in Tyler now. Love the vibes here ;)

Bright & very stocked with plenty selections. For someone who has huge anxiety it made it very easy for me to shop because It feels more open & no judgment. The employees are exceptional! I was greeted with a smile & felt like I was welcomed! Will definitely be coming back with my husband for all our future fun!

I went into Venus today for the first time and it was such a great experience. The store was so clean and there were so many sections/options/items to choose from. I had the pleasure of checking out with employee Natalie, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

We walked in and the store itself was an eye catcher then the cleanliness and organization was neat and easy to navigate and made it easy to look at all the products. As far as staff members they were very helpful! Me and my bf were lucky enough to deal with Amber the manager and she was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend to friends and other couples looking for exciting opportunities in the bedroom!!

Jamie and Nicole (hope I am spelling that right) were amazing! I am a socially awkward person who doesn’t like asking questions and already felt like a sinner being in this type of store. They made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions. By far my best experience and will be going back!

Had one of the best experiences here! Being one of my first times entering an adult store like this, the atmosphere was incredible. Employees are very inclusive and helpful about products. I even received a few complementary items as well!! Will definitely be returning and referring people to this location!!

Emily was the most helpful!! She greeted us when we walked in the door, was the sweetest at checkout and definitely helped with our purchase! She was awesome!

Just wanted to brag on the employees Emily always so considerate great people skills saw lots of patience even in the midst of busy shifts and inpatient customers she is very helpful explains the products with detail and I always feel welcomed by her !!!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews BUT I have to! Amber was absolutely AMAZING! Soon as I walked in she greeted me with nothing but smiles! She was so helpful/knowledgeable, she literally went above and beyond helping me!! The open floor plan of the store was amazing, there was room to actually walk around, unlike other adult stores I’ve been in! They also had a great variety of items! I’ll most definitely be going back!!

This is the best store in ETX and an even better in-store experience!!! It’s super clean, bright, friendly staff, HUGE selection of everything you need (& didn’t know you needed too!). I’ll be back for sure and so thankful I don’t have to drive 2 hours to the one I used to think was the best.

This was a beautiful grand opening. Most adult shops you think are cringy and smells weird. But nope it was clean, organized, had anything you could think of or have been looking. The staff was pleasant and were uniformed which is a first. I would definitely go again and I feel it had a great turn out with the amount of people that were in there. Thank you guys again for my goodies.

I absolutely love this store!! they have so many selections to choose from in whatever category you’re looking for. They also have some cute lingerie that could even be worn to raves or festivals! Taylor is the best worker I have ever seen!! She is very knowledgeable and sweet :) my husband has also been helped by Jessie who is also very sweet and helpful. We will keep shopping here

Outstanding! What a change, not dark and 'weird' store to actually go into. The employees answer your questions without any 'weirdness' making you feel comfortable. And high quality products!

Finally!!! An adult store where you don’t feel guilty going into while having to show your driver license. The staff is great and very helpful, the store is very clean and has EVERYTHING your desires desire! 😜 And say hi to Taylor, she is very nice!!!

This place is super clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly. I love that it's well lit, spacious. Nothing like other adult stores I've been in that are dark and grimy that make you feel dirty for even going. I will be back many times. I've already found 4 or 5 items that I can't live without. Very happy they came to Tyler. We needed this.
