Thank you again Dr Nguyen for putting my health first and treating me like family. Dr Nguyen actually listens to what you need and helps with a solution. The biggest problem is you all hire incompetent front office staff.

Apparently you can not book an appointment here unless you give them your credit/debit card information beforehand, so they can charge you $100 if you can't make it/show up for your appointment.
I understand cancelation fees. I decided NOT to book my new patient appointment because of that. And also don't expect to get an appointment before a month later. I'm better off going back into San Antonio or finding a Doc in Hondo If possible. Not very welcoming to new patients. So disappointing

Apparently there was poor communication between Dr Nguyen's assistant and herself as to which room I was in. It was 1 hour and 10 minutes before I saw her. The Dr. entered the room once and then left, stating that she thought she was in the wrong room.
I noticed that the examination table had been moved a little and it was filthy underneath. Whoever is cleaning is not moping good. Once I finally saw the Dr., she was OK, but the experience was already ruined. If you want to wait a long time this is the place to go.
