Outstanding service. Went above and beyond the call of duty as we were traveling and was over 100 degrees and one of our AC went out. Issued diagnosed and new AC delivered the next morning and quickly installed. They worked with our extended warranty (Good Sam) and work was performed professionally and quickly. Our dogs as well as us appreciate your quick response to desperate travelers. Highly recommended to anyone needing RV repair service.

Excellent communication, service and work performed on my Camper Trailer. Very reasonable prices as well. I had a Refrigerator Roof Vent replaced and installed and my wheel bearings done.
This is now my go place for my RV Maintenance and Repairs.

They were super friendly and helpful! I needed our rv toilet fixed. I messed up and forgot to send them pictures of the toilet to see if they had the parts before I showed up. But they didn't get upset and were still willing to help. They even got the toilet fixed within a couple of hours which was awesome because I live in my rv. The mechanic and owner both seem like awesome, upstanding people. I would recommend 100%

When you're a long way from home and have rv problems, you really appreciate a place like Wagners. Family owned and operated, it's a small, friendly and very competent facility. They went out of their way to diagnose my refrigerator problem, deal with insurance and install a new one with extra care. And they set me up to stay on their lot for 2 nights. They deserve more than 5 stars!

One of my AC units quit. I called and was told to bring it on in while traveling thru San Antonio. Got there and was diagnosed with a bad compressor. They ordered a brand new one overnight and replaced the very next afternoon. Highly friendly, very fast service very reasonable rates!!! A+++ Highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

I have been doing business with Wagner RV for over 11 years, first with the original owner, Sonny Wagner, and his staff, and now with his son, Charles, Jesus, Glen, and other staff. I have tried another very well known RV repair facility and there was no comparison for the quality of work performed and the price paid. I have never had to return to Wagner RV to have worked "fixed" that they did (unlike the other facility), the price paid for the work done has been very fair, and they don't trash my trailer and leave it dirty (unlike the other facility). They are definitely worth the drive to Castroville.

My Dad and I end up in the Castroville area often to visit family. We have bought several items. Very convenient, very friendly. The owner wants to help you. When he didnt have an oddball part i needed, he gave me free advice on the phone of what I could get at walmart, so I could rig something up, to get me through my trip.

Genuine nice guy, I hope people down here appreciate what they have, I wish I had a Wagner RV in my home town! Castroville is lucky.
