Very affordable and caring veterinary clinic. Lisa is so amazing and helpful! All the vets are kind and patient. They have taken such good care of my fur babies. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the quality of service. I brought a stray in that had a fish hook in her mouth and the receptionists, vet techs, and doctor were all such a huge help. They were able to take care of the dog in a very quick and gentle way and it was the best experience I've ever had at a vet's office. Just wonderful.

Shelly animal clinic saved my dog's life. We brought our 7 month old Jack Russell to them in grave condition. Dr Tomey took excellent care of her! Can't thank them enough for the care that she received. I am grateful that the clinic is open on Saturdays too. Dr Carlson also gave her excellent care and treatment! The care was affordable and we didn't have to remortgage our home! Our dog was gravely I'll is now home and mending nicely. Five stars is not enough they deserve triple that! We are very appreciative to the entire staff!

They always took great care of my dog when I went. Even squeezed me in between appointments when my elderly dog got sick and always kept me in the loop. They treated her wonderfully and she went back to being her spunky self and gave her a couple more days with me until she passed. Price is good for people who love their dogs but are on a budget. Couldn't recommend Shelly Drive Clinic enough.

Just got back from a quick visit for Gilbert & Greta at Shelly Drive Animal Clinic. I didn’t get the two ladies names that helped us but I wanted to thank them for their outstanding help and service! Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

Dr. Noor did a very delicate anal gland surgery on our schnauzer about a month ago. Dr. Noor is a wonderful and accomplished vet and our dog is so much happier now! It’s a delicate surgery, but she was well prepared. She is so sweet and her love for animals is evident. I highly recommend Dr. Noor and Shelley Drive Animal Clinic!

The best. I love Dr Carlson and Dr Twomey. They take care of my babies. Sometimes the ladies up front are stressed but my office is like theirs. I love them all. Thank you Shelley Drive!!!

I like this clinic we had my brother put to rest and they were very passionate and very professional answering any questions we had inquired about him the vet reassured us that our doggie time was well spent.

Had a very good result from this visit. Our kitty has a simple UTI infection to be treated with antibiotics. She got to come home the same day, and the charges did not break the bank.

My husband Bob, and I, want to thank everyone for taking excellent care of our beloved Golden Retriever, Nova Ginger Belle Pantalon, during her treatment for lymphoma. I also want to thank all of you for taking care of me, as I was on an emotional rollercoaster during her brief illness.
We want to extend a special gratitude to Dr. Justin Twomey who guided us through her treatment when we were referred to him from our primary veterinarian.

Nova crossed The Rainbow Bridge on December 22nd, 2022. She was born on October 15th, 2016. We miss her so much. She left a big hole in our hearts and her sisters, Lucie and Penni are just now adjusting to her being gone.

I hope everyone will remember her for dragging me to the car on her leash after treatments - as well as some of the time not wanting to go inside. Nova was a big, bright spirit!

We have lived in Tyler for over 20 years. During that time we have had many animals and tried most of the vets in the area. We have been coming here for about 2 years. Above and beyond ALL vets, Shelley Drive Animal Clinic is superior. All the doctors, staff and the facility exceed expectations each time we visit. When we need medication, have a visit where test are needed or go for a check up - the experience is off the charts fantastic. They call to check on your pet and even call to tell you about the results of test. THEY CARE! If more businesses showed the care and compasion for their customers, it would be a better community. Thanks to everyone at the Shelley Drive Animal Clinic.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating to my fur babies. I’m so thankful to the staff (especially Kristin) in helping me get my pets’ international health certificate and dealing with USDA to endorse it in time for my flight. I’m delighted to have my cats with me now in Korea :)

I have had 4 boxers that I have taken to Shelly Dr Animal Clinic. They always took great care of them. I still have my 4 th boxer and she is never shy about going in. She feels comfortable and they always talk to her. I have used all the vets and think they are all very thorough. They take the time to make sure my dog is comfortable before they do the exam. I highli recommend this vet clinic.

We have been taking our loved pets(family members) to this practice for about 20 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Jon and Dr Twomey are incredible and have the fullest regards to your pets needs. I like another review would drive as far as I needed to, to continue to see these wonderful doctors. We have a crazy pug and they handle her gracefully and with love. Which is very hard with her spunky attitude. We also have an aging and terminal schnauzer who Dr Jon asks about all the time to make sure he is comfortable and has everything he needs in his last days or months. Shelley Drive Animal Clinic has the best, most caring staff and veterinarians I have ever met. I always know my dog, Abby, is in competent, gentle, and caring hands whenever she has vet visits or when I board her. They are always attentive, professional, and very friendly. I especially like that they know Abby by name when we come in to visit, that means a lot to me.

Dr. Twomey is fantastic! My dog had an echo done and the veterinarian explained everything that he saw and explained why certain medications were needed. I'm a visual person so to be able to see the echo along with the veterinarian made it a lot easier than trying to picture it. My dog did not cry for the blood draw which was done in the room with me is always a plus in my book. Aleshia (I'm sorry if I can't spell the techs name correctly) handle my fur baby with lots of tlc. This is my first visit here and I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I will be back with my other fur babies and happy to say that we found our veterinarian in Tyler. I've called around Tyler TX for our new vet and when I spoke to the receptionist on the phone she seem to know what she was talking about and it was refreshing, instead of getting, "I can't tell you that over the phone etc". If anyone is having trouble giving this place a chance just call the receptionist, they know what they are talking about and the veterinarians are amazing.

We made the impossible decision to put our 13 year old dog to sleep. She was not a patient at this clinic, but they worked us into their busy day. Dr. Twomey was very patient, respectful, and kind through the whole process. The staff was very compassionate and made a very sad day just a little bit easier. We appreciate them so very much for taking such good care of us and our baby today.
