I visited the Office Depot store in Tyler and I will become a regular customer at this location! Richard, and Stephanie in the Print department are absolutely amazing. They helped me so much and even found a coupon to help reduce the cost of a large order. I will definitely be back there. Both of them were very professional and they made a stressful project very easy.

Richard was Amazing! He took care of everything we had to have for our boarding passes. From emailing them to the store to printing and laminating them… I would have been lost without his assistance.

I won’t lie, I’ve been in before and had some less than great experiences BUT the guy that helped me today was the perfect example of wonderful customer service! I can only assume he is the manager! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately! Don’t lose him, that’s the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while!

Went shopping for a printer I had already picked out the one I thought would be the best for me the associate at the store steered me in a completely different direction and I wound up with a printer that is perfect for my application at a price cheaper than the one that I was looking at had I been on my own I'd have picked the wrong one

The customer service was great!

I needed to purchase a laptop immediately to start training in a new job. After waiting at another store at least 30 minutes without being helped due to short-staffing, I walked into Office Depot and was greeted by two or three staff at the front desk. Jameson ended up assisting me find the one laptop that had the narrow specs that I needed to meet our particular work requirements. To top it off, it was on sale and I walked away with exactly what I needed at a great price in 15 to 20 minutes.

My wife brought me in for my first visit to Office Depot. I was blown away by the customer service we got from Clarence. Within a matter of a minutes we were greeted and Clarence took us right to the printer toner section and was quick to show us which one we needed. I've never had this level of service at a Best Buy or a Target store. We will definitely be back and hopefully our next visit we can thank Clarence for his obvious dedication and passion. We didn't get a chance to thank him this time because he was assisting customers the entire time my wife was showing me around the store. I have over thirteen years of commercial and retail sales and also management. This is the guy you build a successful team around. I would also like to personally thank store management and staff not only for the pristine condition of the store, but the service that we received from Clarence and other team members, that made us feel like guests of honor the entire time we were in the store.
