I have known of Ramsey-Fritz for a while, it being a Tyler staple. Today was the first time I purchased something from this terrific establishment. I was helped immediately, and greeted with friendly smiles and a tremendously warm reception by Amy & LeaAnn. LeaAnn stepped me through my options patiently, explaining in helpful detail each item she displayed, and I walked out of there with the perfect gift for my wife. One of the ladies there, Brandie, I have known for over a decade, and she is top quality as well. I highly recommend Ramsey-Fritz Jewels!

There are lots of jewelers around, but there are few as knowledgeable. Ramsey Fritz has an actual gemologist and frequent appraisal events. AND they have a layaway program so new jewelry needs to be not break the budget! I highly recommend Ramsey Fritz!

Working at Ramsey Fritz through college, LeaAnn & the store will always have a special place in my heart. With that being said, I didn’t care what my engagement ring looked like. Her network for finding the perfect diamond with her years & experience in the business is impeccable. My 20 year anniversary ring was created from scratch through her expertise and my husband’s desire to “wow” me, with the perfect ring and LeaAnn certainly accomplished that!

Love this place!! It was super important for us to use a local jeweler who we felt comfortable with since we used a diamond gifted to us from my family. The engagement ring my fiancé and I had made is absolutely perfect, LeAnn was extremely helpful in helping us find a style that we liked.

Me and my fiancee put off purchasing our wedding bands until only a few weeks before our wedding, and so we had planned to spend an entire Saturday going into jewelry stores in Tyler. Ramsey Fritz was our first stop, and we were quickly blown away by LeaAnn's willingness to help us find our perfect wedding bands (even though we weren't spending nearly as much as many of the customers that likely come into the shop). We found rings that we liked, and she was willing to set them aside for us while we shopped around at other jewelers.

Before we left, we asked if she'd be willing look at my fiancee's bridal necklace. (It had been purchased elsewhere) It wasn't sitting correctly on her neck, and needed to be repaired. LeaAnn took extreme care adjusting the necklace so that it fit perfectly. While she was doing this, she even put our engagement ring (also purchased elsewhere) in the cleaner. After we saw how well she treated people who hadn't even committed to buying anything, we made the decision to purchase the rings we'd picked out earlier.

I'm sure we will have no issues with the rings we purchased, but if for some reason we run into something, I am confident that LeaAnn and her shop will take great care of us.

Both LeaAnn and George have made me a customer for life. My fiancé, Abbi and I had a terrible experience before finding Ramsey Fritz. We were both discouraged and almost completely turned off to making any more efforts towards purchasing an engagement ring. After the first meeting with LeaAnn, she turned our sour taste of ring shopping, into a fun and exciting experience-- the way we both envisioned it should be! They spent several evenings allowing us to come in after store hours, never once feeling rushed. LeaAnn ordered in and presented rings with different characteristics for Abbi to see. She actively listened to what Abbi liked about each, rather than trying to tell her what she should like. LeaAnn was able to capture all the qualities of every aspect Abbi liked in the rings and ordered in the perfect one! What was taking Abbi and I, over 3 months of searching, LeaAnn was able find after just one meeting! The warm welcoming atmosphere, extensive knowledge, talent, and ability to actively listen to their customers, gives them my highest recommendations-- 5 stars! They both went above and beyond aside from the ring itself, to help me in my timeline and budget as well. Abbi and I both look forward to more visits to come!

We bought our wedding rings here, and could not have been more happy. They made it such a happy, easy experience! They gave their honest opinions on how the different rings looked on us, and what looked best with my engagement ring. It was the first and only place we looked, there was no need to look further after walking in their door!

I could not be more pleased with LeaAnn and her staff. LeAnn took time to listen to my idea of a 25th anniversary ring and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I actually cried when I saw it. It was ready when she said it would be and even took pictures of my original diamond due to the fact that I wanted the same style mounting and it looks exact just better. The most down to earth and helpful folks I have ever found in a jewelry store. LeeAnne spent a lot of time with me and helped me with the purchase of a set of pearls for my wife. She was so helpful and transparent. They really seek to really serve their customer which is a unique and pleasant experience.
