Best Brookshire in East Texas. The meat 🍖 market is amazing. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Need a quick bite for lunch... this is the place.. looking to fire 🔥 up the grill. Have the butcher cut you some 2" rib eyes. Excellent customer service, always friendly, and they have a very competitive price. Plus They have a excellent floral department. Great place.

I still really like shopping here even tho sometimes the prices be like WOW! But as long as you catch a good sale like the $3.47 sodas if you buy 4. Well at Walmart you can't even buy 2 so give that some thought!

Very nice store. Clean all around with good staff. Lots of good already cooked food for convenience as well as great grocery selection.

A couple times a week I grab lunch from this location. “Meat lovers” from the Pizza Hut Express inside …Never disappointed, great meat proportions and affordable prices. Always fresh and hot & ready.. My last visit was so delightful. “TC” was super friendly and served awesome customer service. There was a bit of a long wait but “TC’s” conversation helped me remain patient. He is such a kind person. I now have a “new friend”. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut location. :)

Brookshires has a superb deli and hot food menu. Tastes homemade. Great food and grocery store.

Large selection of foods. Vegetable department well stacked and area of store very clean. Meat and deli service was a 5 star. Appreciated the number of handicapped parking places. Enjoy going to this store.. my favorite store..

I really like the Rice store. I always enjoy shopping at Berkshires. I miss the "Farmers Market" that was at the West entrance. I hope they bring that back. It was nice to be able to buy local at our regular grocer. I really appreciate them supporting local farmers.

Always a great place to shop for your grocery needs. They have a good selection, good prices, and great specials along with a friendly and helpful staff. Also, you have the option of self check out, but they still have plenty of cashiers and even sackers to bag your groceries and take them to your car. That is something that is becoming a rarity because big corporations would rather have you do the work so that they can increase their profits. Thank you, Brookshires, for remaining a neighborhood supermarket.

One of the best Brookshires to go to in Tyler. My partner and I literally drive across town to get to it most of the time. The location is always clean and the employees are always respectful and kind. 5/5 Stars.

This store is good to me. It's my little HEB when I'm out of town. Friendly help. Plenty of help at checkouts and cart service. High quality home made deli options and an very impressive meat counter. Not to be confused with Brookshire Brothers, an easy thing to do when getting the app. It's a great store for a small town.

The store was really clean and presented well. I wasn't there with a huge shopping list but I saw that they do have a good selection of items available. The employees had to help me at the self checkout corral and were very polite and seemed happy. On the way to my car, a male employee came up next to me and insisted he push the cart for me and help put my groceries in my car. While it was definitely a non typical occurrence, I think it's a really cool feature to have at a grocery store. I can imagine it being helpful to plenty of people who're maybe elderly or disabled. Great store, will shop here whenever I'm local!!

I've always had great experiences at the Rice Rd Brookshires. shout out to the young lady at the register who asked if I wanted my tallboy Truly Hard Seltzer left out, bless her heart. it absolutely made my day.

Very clean store, stocked , excellent variety and my favorite part is the Deli and Deli area. They have great choices and good prices. They also actually had some of best fried catfish I have eaten outside of family. Seasoned with salt and pepper (the way it should be) coated in cornmeal and fried at the right temperature and not to long. Crispy outside and flakey inside. Not brown looking but yellowish like the cornmeal. The rest of store is pretty nice also. They give you great options, fruit and vegetables looked really fresh. Nice place.

The flower shop is the best at this location. They make beautiful arrangements that are affordable. Gina is awesome. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen.

The Best employees ever! Everything is over and above perfect... except the electric handicapped carts, they definitely need new ones and a few more.

This location of Brookshire’s has been fantastic! We are from out of state and this grocery store has such good reviews that it’s where we chose to go for meal preparation. The store is clean, very organized, bright and the atmosphere is classy. The produce, deli and bakery have a variety of selections that are great quality. The isles are well maintained aesthetically and items are easy to find. The staff members are very helpful as well as friendly. We will definitely go back. Thank You, Brookshire’s for making our evacuation trip a little easier!
