Great gym to reach your fitness goals. John listens and creates unique, to me, programming that is results driven. He will adapt the programming to my needs for an overall fitness balance. I always leave the gym feeling one step closer to my goals.

I'm a huge fan of this gym because of the phenomenal workout classes. The classes are included in the price of the membership. There is a good variety of classes - cycle, HIIT, bootcamp, total body... The instructors are friendly and will make you feel comfortable on your first class. They also give alternative moves to exercises if you say that you have an issue with some body part. I love that the age range of people in the classes is really large, so you don't have to worry that you're taking a class with everyone much older or younger than you. The app to sign up for the classes is really easy to use. I'm a big fan!!

Have tried out a few different gyms since moving to Morgantown and I love this one! Great environment, friendly staff, and they have all the equipment you need.

Grandson does Jiu Jitus training here, staff friendly and courteous.
