Apple Annie's

We love Apple Annie’s cookies, so we decided to order my daughter’s second birthday cake here. I gave them no direction other than vanilla on vanilla and the smallest cake they had available. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Thank you Apple Annie’s!!!

Quaint Cafe featuring an eclectic cuisine. Delicious food served quickly. Nice on premises bakery. Cherry pie was delicious. Unusual "specials" that were reasonably priced. A bit noisy at times, only saw waitress when ordering and given check. Ordered water, had to ask busgirl for it, who promptly brought it. 🙄 Staff who brought you the food and bussing tables were personable. Overall a good experience, highly recommend it.

Went there for dinner for the first time the other day. And OMG there for us so good . Down home cooking everything is fresh. There cookies are amazing abs the people are super friendly.

Was on our way home from a trip to WV and stopped to get dinner. Almost skipped over it because I thought the name was Auntie Anne's like the pretzel company! Lol. My daughter was looking for a place as well and mentioned it and that was when i realized it wasn't what I thought! So glad we decided to go there! Everyone was super pleasant! Their sweet tea was perfect! Not sure if its homemade or a brand, but it was perfectly sweet! I believe all the breads they serve for the meals( buns, rolls,etc) are made in house. I was full from dinner, so I got a slice of pie to go. Can't wait to return (they are only an hour and a half from us) and try something else!

Delicious food and cute atmosphere. Chicken pot pie 🥧 is my favorite 😍! Pizza 🍕 was an 8/10...not much sauce. Chicken tenders are a favorite of my son. Their ranch dip/dressing is soooo good! The country fried steak is good. Pepperoni roll said it came with peppers but it didn't seem to have any. Husband gave it an 8/10. Variety of pies, cookies, baked breads, and cinnamon rolls.

Delicious food and great service. They have their own bakery and the bread and deserts were great. We've been here twice whole passing through, and will be back again. Chicken pot pie was great.

My daughter had the chicken pot pie and I had plate envy. I had a steak salad and it was good but next time I'm definitely going to get the cabbage rolls. Quick friendly service. We really enjoyed lunch and will be back :)

Amazing bakery! Got a lot of unique things for Thanksgiving! Wish we had time to dine in, hopefully next time!

I was in Morgantown for work and had to have some dinner. Apple Annie's is just so homey. The food is amazing!! I had the homemade wedding soup and pot pie, which is to die for and don't leave without a desert. It is all so good and everyone is especially nice and caring!!

When I hear “almost heaven”, Apple Annie’s is what comes to mind. And where to start…when you walk in, you are immediately greeted with some of the finest baked goods known to man. As the son of a baker, the quality is exceedingly high. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative- it made me feel right at home here in West Virginia. Abby at the front counter was a bright spot of hospitality, an excellent help, and an overall friendly human being. For lunch, I had the smothered pepperoni roll: Oh. My. God. This local dish has been elevated to the finest food quality possible for any dish. One of the best entrees I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying in general. These pies are divine, and the cookies…I’ll be leaving an updated review on the specialty cookies and pies I picked up. I cannot wait to return from Texas and visit this divine restaurant again. Let’s go!

Update: The pies were exquisite. The blueberry in particular was my favorite. The topped cookies were all amazing as well, but the pretzel one just hit the spot.

Apple Annie’s bake the most delicious cookies ive ever tasted. The m&m are my favorite, but the oatmeal raisin come in as a close second! If you live in the area or are maybe passing through stop in for a sweet treat.

Everything was delicious! I tried their special of the day which was turkey. I highly recommend it. I took home a piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, and a half dozen of cookies. All I can say is yummy! We will be back!

I gained 5 lbs after visiting this place. AMAZING bakery! I did not try the restaurant, but I'm guessing it's as good as the bakery. Don't pass on this place. I was traveling and brought treats for the pilots and flight attendants - they LOVED it!

Apple Annie's blew us away! We stumbled upon this gem on our way to Pittsburgh and it was a delightful surprise. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the service was speedy. But what really stole the show were their incredible desserts, especially the cupcakes! No wonder it was bustling on a Friday afternoon. A must-try if you're in the area!

A cute little spot off the highway. The staff is all super friendly and we got seated right away even on a Friday night at dinner time. I had a reuben which was well made if not exceptional. But honestly the real show stopper here is their desserts. They have cooler cases for pies and cakes and a whole separate counter for cookies and other sweets. Even if you aren't going for a meal pop in to grab some treats to go. You won't regret it.

Clean and cozy organized very nice and welcoming friendly staff serves fresh hot very good home cooked homemade food and you get full and feel very satisfied. My kinda of place to unwind and relax feed your family good staple food you really get a good plate of food hot and fresh with no long wait.

Stopped in here because Outback gas line "FROZE" up. My son and fiance had dine here before. Morgantown is in the midst of a severe cold spell, and these folks suffered a broken water pipe. Being troppers that they are still managed to serve food . Chicken Pot Pie was great with crust all the way thru. Staff super friendly and courteous, get a Coconut Cream pie to take home. (Fantastic)

The food here is excellent, so it is no surprise they are very busy. It is also an excellent place to stop and get some pastries, pies, or cookies. The cheesecakes are out of this world. It is the true New York style cheesecake, and they have different flavors. The White-chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is the best I've ever had.

My wife and I were traveling up to New Jersey and decided to route our trip so we could stop at Apple Annie's. We visited the restaurant two years ago and had a delightful meal. It was nice to see that the restaurant expanded and they have made some decor changes. My wife ordered a steak wrap with fried onion rings. She found the meat tender and she raved about the onion rings. I ordered the beef tips, bed of rice, with broccoli, and salad. The salad was served in a generous bowl and was fresh. I found the beef tips a bit more done than medium. However, it was still good. Im not sure how they made the rice (which had peas and corn in it), but it was very tasty. Our server was Delaney and she was professional and friendly. Delaney made sure all our needs were met. Apple Auntie's is more than just a restaurant. They have a bakery in the restaurant. After dinner, you can have a fresh slice of pie, order fresh baked cookies, or purchase fresh baked bread to take home. The entire staff were smiling and eager to serve customers. Yes, we are planning to return in a couple days, when we travel by again on the way home.
