L'Equipe Personalized Hairdressing

Paige has been doing my hair for about 4-5 years now. There hasn't been one time that I've left disappointed. The salon is super clean, extremely welcoming, friendly and reasonably priced. Prior to visiting L'Equipe I've had horrible luck with hair salons/stylists. I couldn't be happier with Paige. She's very knowledgeable and i never leave her without feeling absolutely beautiful.

Steve is a great guy, runs a very nice salon for both women AND men. I have been going to him for over 10 years to get my hair cut and he never disappoints. I took a break during Covid but decided it was time to get a real haircut again. Glad I did, it was great to catch up and his staff was just as courteous and efficient as usual. Highly recommend.

I have been going to L'Equipe for about two years now after an at home hair coloring tragedy! Steve took his time and corrected the mess and I came out looking great! I have very curly hair and Steve has cut my hair in such a way that I can wear it curly or blow it out. I have come to know most of the staff there and they are very friendly and courteous. The salon is exceptionally clean and sanitized and you feel very safe in this environment. I look forward to my appointments...it is a great salon where you can relax and be pampered and come out looking much better than when you went in!

Excellent staff, they are experts in their field and make you feel super comfortable. Both Maggie and Lisa are amazing and talented. They make the hair color look natural and you leave feeling like a million bucks. Salon is clean and they take the time and care about keeping you safe and healthy.

Seth did a fantastic job on my hair!! He listened to what I wanted and even gave me thoughts on what he thought would be good so my hair stayed healthy and I've never been happier! The salon was also very clean and kept safe with social distancing in place, mask requirements, only being allowed in at the time of your appointment, and the cleaning once someone gets up from a chair! I would give more than 5 stars if possible :)

I'm not one to write 'reviews' but I must publicly share the tremendous experience I've had at L'Equipe Salon in Franklin ESPECIALLY in the COVID era! I've been a customer there for almost 20 years and have always received exceptional customer service: professional, welcoming and friendly and so very knowledgeable of their craft.
I of course returned when they reopened after Covid19 quarantine and hence the reason for my review. The attention to detail regarding the safety processes were beyond exceptional! As a critical care RN, it takes quite a bit to impress me in the health, cleanliness, and safety dept., especially in the hands of a non-medical person. L'Equipe's owner Steve has not only executed the required precautions, he and his staff have gone above and beyond and have achieved EXCELLENCE. Utilizing 'proper' masks (i.e., effective materials without vents), enforcing with staff and customers, the proper wearing of masks (i.e., covering nose and mouth), hand washing, station cleaning with excellent signage and spacing, temperature and history taking, overly frequent common touch point cleanings, and open and accurate communications with his staff and customers, puts this business at the VERY TOP of keeping customers safe. I wish all businesses took it this seriously! Thank you L'Equipe!!!

My girlfriend has been going here for years and the staff is amazing. They're friendly and fun and they do an incredible job. My girl gets her hair dyed and its usually different colors, red, purple etc. and every time the color stays and is vibrant. Love this place.

I always leave L'Equipe feeling great! I have one stylist (Debbie) that I see every time and she is amazing! She knows how to cut my curly hair and shows me how to easily tame it! She recommends great ideas for highlights, but doesn't push the idea if I'm not into it. When I do color, I love sitting and having a cappuccino while I wait. Debbie also uses all of the salon's products so I can use the same products at home, including the hair brushes! I can't say enough about Debbie, she is truly amazing! :)

Shandra is the best!! I've trusted Shandra with my hair for about 4 years now. She listens and works with me to create the cut and style and look that I'm trying to achieve and she always gets the color just right too!! She knows how to push me just enough to try new things, so I'm not stuck in a rut but not too much that I'm freaked out...that in itself takes talent!!! I can't imagine going anywhere else!! When I'm done with my cut and color, I can take look at their top of the line products, or the fun accessories they carry! Always a great experience, from start to finish! I have been stopped by complete strangers to be asked where I get my hair cut...that's always a great feeling!! Thanks Shandra!!

A fantastic salon with great stylists. The people there truly nice and listen to your wants. Theyre also located in a busy shopping plaza with some nice eateries and other shops to peruse after your service is completed.

This place is like no other salon! Cuts and hair style's are phenomenal. Hair styles for all occassions. Hair colors are amazing with the perfect hi's and low's. Stephen's team is professional and up to date on all styles and coloring methods. This Salon offers hair products such as Oribe and Davine. These products are for all hair types and are truly the best! . The team consists of Stephen, Seth, Tom, Maggie, Lisa and many more that are talented.
This salon is truly a 5 star salon. Its like going to Newbury street in Boston but its right here in Franklin.

I have nothing but very positive feedback for "L'euipe Salon. I have been a client for many years and am always happy with my haircut by Steve and my color by Lisa. Absolutely the BEST!! I ALWAYS get compliments on my color and cut. I would highly recommend the salon and the staff....well worth a try...even if you have a stylist and colorist you love. You will be very pleasantly surprised and a repeat client!

I like Steve the owner, I am 80 and he always make me feel younger when I leave there. We talk about food and we share recipes. It is a fun place.
