Dr. Michael R. Ruffatto, DMD

4 dentists and 5 years later I think I’ve found the right Dentist. Repeated problems with upper and lower molars were solved in two visits to Dr Ruffatto’s office. Amazing how easy it is when you find the right team. Office staff are super as well. Professional and flexible.

Experienced a serious tooth issue and called Dr. Ruffatto's office in the afternoon. His team squeezed me in same-day around 4:30 P.M. After a thorough exam, Dr. Ruffatto personally contacted my endodontist to try to get me scheduled for the following day. The endodontist office was closed, but he spoke with the doctor and said they would reach out to me first thing the following morning. On my drive home from Dr. Ruffatto's office, I received a text from the endodontist, which said they could see me at 8:00 A.M. WOW! I've always been impressed by Dr. Ruffatto and his team, but I truly believe they went above and beyond in this case. Thank you so much!

Everyone hates going to the dentist, right? Well guess what... I don't! Do you know why? Because Dr. Ruffatto and his team make you feel right at home when you come in for any sort of dental work! From root canals, to a simple cleaning I have always felt completely comfortable!

Kassie is hands down the best hygienist I have ever been to, she is the sweetest and most caring person ever!! She always makes sure that you're comfortable when she is performing a cleaning and makes sure you go home with a bag of goodies to take care of your teeth! And not to mention her work is spot on!

As for everyone else at the office, you bet your bottom dollar they are just like kassie!! And don't even get me started on Dr. Ruffatto, he's one of the most professional people I've met. I'm always greeted with a firm handshake and a smile when he walks in the room. His work is flawless, and I have never left with any sort of discomfort, pain, or problems! (Other than the normal tightness after a filling)

They also work with you and your budget to make sure that you leave completely satisfied, I have never had a problem!

All in all, this office is gets a 99/100 in my book!! (Only because I know some of them are cubs fans 😉 GO CARDS!!)

Dr. Ruffatto treats all of his patients like his kids, with care. He has a smile when he walks into the room that can make anyone's day. Everyone is very nice when you walk in the building and they only do procedures when necessary. I have received the best fillings from this dental office and highly recommend them.

I called a round to different places for a BA. I picked this place. Staff was amazing. I felt very comfortable when i went in for my BA yesterday. They walked me through everything. Called me a few tims prior to my surgery to see how i was doing and if i had any more questions. Stephanie was there from the start to finish. The doctor him self was honest and was great about telling me every thing to expect. He even called me around 8pm to see how i was doing. Thank you to all of you. Im very happy with my results.❤

Somehow This dentist manged to get my review deleted, So I'll remake it. This office used to be owned by a dr. Tschopp who would make sure that his clients were taken care of and would explain all available options and the pros of cons of each. Dr. Ruffatto Was extremely hesitant to do so. he made me feel as if he cared more about getting as much money as possible instead of seeing me as a person. When he saw my negative review he DID reach out to try to contact me, but I did not want to speak with him because I had moved on to another dentist.
