Jennifer Ladd: Allstate Insurance

I made the switch over to Jennifer Ladd Allstate a couple years ago and i am very glad I did. The customer support is instant, no waiting on hold or having to call multiple times before you get a call back. I had my first big claim ever on my home in the spring of this year and they were very prompt with getting me in touch with a safe contractor and everything was fixed in a very timely manner. If you have a quick question that needs answered just call in the girls in the office are great and very personable. Overall I'm very pleased with Allstate and the service i have received with Jennifer Ladd's office and staff.

Because not all of the things in my life go as planned I got Allstate's roadside assistance. They have brought me and my car the help needed to get home safe. Two flat tires and a tow to the tire garage was done quickly and with no muss on my part. They gave me an ETA and a call back to make sure all met my needs. Customer service was polite and efficient.

I have been one of Jennifer's customers for almost a year now and words cannot describe how pleased I am with her attentive service. I grew up in Edwardsville and when it came time to apply for an insurance policy I was fairly indifferent to the company I choose. My initial objective was to get the best policy for the lowest price.Other than the hilarious commercials starring mayhem, Allstate didn't stand out beyond the other insurance companies to me. I drove by Jennifer's location off of Century Dr. one day and decided to stop by for a quote. From the first visit, Jennifer's agency established the difference. The friendly staff greeted me immediately and I met with Jennifer right away. Long story short, I left Jennifer's office with a policy for my car and apartment. I am a student at Mizzou and am a Missouri resident. This created no problems for Jennifer. She was able to get me a competitively priced policy that adequately insures my apartment and car. The auto policy has limitless discounts. Good student, multiple policy and good driver to name a few, all drive the bi-yearly fee to a very affordable price. I am very happy I decided to stop by Jennifer's office, they make the insurance experience enjoyable.

I switched my fleet of personal vehicles to Jenn Ladd's Allstate in summer of 2019. I'm often working on cars and switching insurance between them. I had wanted to drop State Farm for a long time. Their third strike was claiming I was at fault for a crack in a bumper that totaled my car when I was T-boned while turning.. by someone that was driving behind me. I digress. Thinking it would take up the better part of a day, because of all the time I've wasted on the phone with State Farm - I got to talk to Jennifer and she made the switch seamless, quick, and easy. Her rates are competitive, her staff is as friendly as she is, and I have complete confidence in them.

Jennifer Ladd's Allstate office is top notch! We would highly recommend them for all of your needs - Jennifer is outstanding but Jeff Moore is so helpful and efficient too! Everyone we've come into contact with are great!

Jennifer Ladd with Allstate is awesome. I have had great vehicle and home owners insurances for about 15 years and I dont think I have stepped foot in their office but once...which is awesome for me since I'm very busy. Thanks for your great service!
