AutoZone Auto Parts

I quit going in there a few years ago due to lack of knowledgeable and good help. I’ve been back 3 times in the past two weeks and will start using them again. Props to you guys for turning it around and having a great store again!

Fast & excellent service and friendly staff. I got some new wiper blades and they installed them and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Awesome service I pulled up because somebody had told me that both my brake lights were out they immediately came outside to help me and confirmed they were out and the young man Cameron said it may be the fuse he then was able to find the fuse that needed, replaced, and sure enough it was the fuse. Everybody was kind and respectful and very helpful from the moment I walked in

Best selection. Best service. I had a Duralast thermostat that went bad. It had a limited lifetime warranty. These guys helped me get it replaced with no trouble. Offered some good advice on how to change it. Top notch!

Spencer was a great help finding me break pads and oil. I knew nothing and he did all the work for me. Made it very easy!

Very helpful and friendly. They ran a diagnostic test for my check engine light and let me know it was likely only a dirty fuel injector. I bought some stuff to put in my fuel tank to clean them and the light went off.

Very helpful and prompt. Jim was very helpful over the phone and Ryan even helped me attach my gas cap for me. 11/10 will be coming back again

Staff are extremely helpful. Gentleman provided me a ride to the motel when I broke down. He even shared his phone number if I needed anything the next day!!! If you are in need of parts or technical support, I would highly recommend Auto Zone in Mattoon and Effingham!!! They will not disappoint!!!

I would like for everyone to know that the lady there her name is Trisha is the most friendliest and helpful and talks to you like a person. She runs the commercial parts and because of her i will go back and buy all my parts from her. So with that being said, ya'll please go see her shes easy on the eyes and she will be happy to help you out.

I've always had very good service here. Employs have been very helpful. They even came out in the cold to look under the hood of my car to see what I needed.
