I have been a customer of Dimond Brothers for at least 7 years. I have many policies- consequently, I give them thousands. There was a mistake made; no matter who made it, it was a mistake. We are all humans, and allowed fault.

For several years, my wife wasn’t on my auto policy. It came to light- made our insurance much cheaper. I asked that we square up on all the overpaid funds. They refuse to help any. They deem me at fault- saying I didn’t tell them. After 7 years, and many, many policies later.. they know I have a wife.

I trusted that these people were as loyal as I am. Over many years, I thought I had more insurance than I should- real talk: I didn’t have enough. Another example- my house was insured for 1,330 sq ft. My house is 2,225 sq ft.

What if my wife had gotten into a wreck? Where would we be today?

I just thought I paid them to make sure everything was on the up-and-up.

They tried selling me business liability insurance saying they could save me money and couldn't even cover me for all the services I offer so I stayed with current insurer.
