They were very busy and didn’t have crunchies for the jalapeño wrap. Not a big deal to me but they had great customer service and the manager offered me free chips to make up for it. Great service and for as busy as they were the wait was not long!

First time at this establishment and I was impressed. My wrap was made before I could even fill my cup up. The Chicken Ceaser Wrap was so good.. The employees all were so kind a nice. I can't say enough about the way the employees are. Keep up the great work..

I order periodically through the online system, and practically build my own unique sandwich with the customization options. Even being a difficult customer, my sandwich is almost always perfect, and of course you get the quick delivery on top of that. The cookies rock, love dill pickle as a side option, and have never had an issue with staff on the few occasions something was wrong.

Jimmy John's catered for our triathlon event. The subs were neatly wrapped individually so participants could quickly grab a sub on the go. The staff were friendly and even helped deliver a box that we left behind. Great service!

I ordered over the phone and even changed my order mid way thru and Kristen was absolutely delightful and didn't Miss a beat. She joked with me, she was quick an efficient with my order and I haven't had such amazing over the phone service in a while. A true breath of fresh air when ordering food! Thank you!!!

My favorite sandwich place. However they are always giving me the wrong chips and often forget to cut the sandwich in half. But that doesn't matter if they're always really friendly and quick.

Good food, friendly service! Unlike some other sandwich shops, when they have a limited time special sandwich, they actually know how to make it and don't have to ask what goes on it. Get a giant pickle to top it off!

I’m pretty sure that if someone is breaking into my house I can give these guys a call and place an order for a sandwich and they would beat the police here. The food is good and their delivery breaks the sound barrier. Keep up the great work !

The lunch rush has just begun and the crew was ready. Ordered quickly, picked up quickly. I did receive the wrong soda but that happens.

I am stuck here at the Rural King and can't unload till tomorrow...so I call this awesome Sandwich Oasis and like a gift from the God's they delivered the Greatest Sandwich in All The World !!!...a perfectly made Gargantuan and The Itallian Night Club...a huge shoutout to the crew tonite and Kristen for taking my order and making my night...!!!
