Woodforest National Bank

My wife and I have been customers of this bank for several years and we have always had a positive experience every time we have dealt with Jonathan and all of the employees they have. Any time there has been an issue with anything in our account it has been handled with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good bank. Their customer service is the best.

I give THIS bank a Big 0! They use to be consumer friendly, now, they steal your money at every turn. According to this Bank "your money is their money," and they can take it whenever they want!"

Autumn is rude and talks over her customers if she would shut up and listen she’d know that someone said never mind they’ll get it tomorrow. This bank opens late or can’t accept deposits more frequently than should be acceptable for a financial institution. She also called and discussed our stores account with another location very unprofessional.

I can’t change my PIN number and don’t have my ID because my ex is using it to get our stimulus money. They are losing a customer because they refuse to help me and say their hands are tied. Well mine aren’t I’m leaving Woodforest and if I was you I would too. I can’t take money out through the bank or ATM (just as credit). If I wanted a credit card I would have gotten one.

I was a long-time Woodforest customer, and was very satisfied with their service. Then I moved to an area that didn't have Woodforest, so I was forced to close my account. When I moved to Mattoon, I was eager to resume my business with Woodforest, only to be terribly disappointed. I don't know if every Woodforest has gone downhill, or just this branch, but it was easily the worst banking experience I've ever had. They (or at least, the manager) have no shame in looking for any excuse to steal your money, and use Wells Fargo levels of BS in order to do so. I've washed my hands of them, and I strongly advise avoiding this Woodforest.

The branch manager was very rude! They don't deserve a 1 star!
