It was my 2nd time coming here for balayage. This time, Allison styled and cut my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and went above my expectations.

I've had many balayage before in different salons. I would definitely come back here and get it done with her. She was friendly yet professional.

Reservation is so easy, too. I called the day before, and they had an opening. Parking was easy to find. They have a parking lot. The price is comparable to the quality of service.

They offered me something to drink when I got there so I would say the receptionist was friendly.

The atmosphere was high-end, professional, and friendly.

I'm almost 60, I've had a lot of hair styles. Currently, I get a Brazilian Blowout and a cut about every 6 months. I've had it done by multiple people in town, but somehow, Madison at Rod Sickler is the absolute best. I don't know what she does, but she's fast, and it's always PERFECT. Right now I have the best hair style in my life thanks to her. I only have good hair days! Which, as we all know, can make or break your day. I will never go anywhere else. If she leaves Rod Sickler, I will hunt her down to do my hair. I just love the whole vibe of the salon, too.

Max is so nice and one of the best stylists I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m working on cosplaying Loki and she made my hair PERFECT couldn’t believe how spot on she was doing different sized curls for just an outstanding look!

Anna was my stylist and she did a wonderful job on my hair. This was my first time at the salon and I wanted a dramatic change. She delivered! It was a wonderful experience!

My daughter who is a college student visited the salon today for the first time and had an amazing experience. She loved Kacie who cut and styled her hair and gave her exactly what she wanted. She now could get a great haircut/style in Champaign and doesn’t have to travel to Chicago. She will be spreading the word in her sorority house. Thank you Kacie for making my daughter happy!

I love coming here for facials. Madelynne is fantastic and I always leave with my skin glowing! She is also great at giving skin care recommendations based on your needs. During my first appointment she had recommended I incorporate a product in my skin care routine and there was a noticeable difference in my skin by my next appointment a few weeks later. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I can not wait to go back for future treatments!

The staff at Rod Sickler Salon & Spa is amazing! You are treated with top notch service the entire time you are there. Rod makes me feel like a new person each time he cuts/colors my hair. He sits down and makes sure he understands your vision and makes it happen! I leave every visit feeling more confident and extremely satisfied.

Paige was AMAZING. I have unfortunately bounced from stylist to stylist over the last few years, avoiding the chair even because I never felt like i got what I wanted or paid for. But not this time. Paige listened to what I wanted and made magic happen. She even made me feel incredibly comfortable with the huge change I was making. ( cut at least 4-6 inches off after growing it for years!) she talked to me the whole time and conversation was very easygoing and not forced like other places can be. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people look their best! I walked out into a bad storm, but I felt like a million bucks!! I feel like I’ve finally found THE ONE. I’ll never sit in another stylists chair again. Thank you Paige!

Rod and his staff are the most professional staff I have ever experienced in a hair salon. They are all so positive and caring to all who walk in their doors. Rod really listened to hear my ideas about a new hair style and continues to ask each month- nothing is taken for granted.I have always felt safe during Covid and I recommend him highly!

Scheduled a same-day appointment for 6pm with Madison, who was referred to me by a friend. Went in for a cut and ended up staying over 3 hours getting a cut and highlights. Both turned out beautiful and Madison was so helpful and professional! She worked with me to get my highlights done even though my appointment went past my scheduled time to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend to a friend and I'll be returning!

Started coming here during Covid. I appreciate their caution and safety protocols. Allison is fabulous! She worked with me to find perfect cut and color process. She was patient and professional. I highly recommend this salon.

I bounced around from stylist to stylist at other salons in other towns until I found Paige Sickler at Rod Sickler Salon & Spa. She always makes me feel a million times better when I walk out than when I came in, and I never leave disappointed. She listens to what I ask for and then makes magic happen! I am always happy with my service. I don’t bounce around anymore and will always come back to get my hair done by Paige!

I went with a friend who had an appt and decided to get my hair trimmed and nails done. Paige trimmed my hair and was amazing. I watched Miriam do another lady's nails before me and they were amazing and it was the best experience I've ever had getting a manicure. I will definitely be back for these and the other services they offer.

I can’t say enough about my stylist, Kacie! She ‘gets’ me and really strives to hear what I want. Kacie is personable as well as a skilled colorist and stylist. Rod’s Salon is clean and and the atmosphere is friendly! They carry cosmetics as well as the best skincare around! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Miriam, nail tech, is absolutely amazing! I recommend her to any and everyone looking for a quality nail service. She has done acrylics that have left my nails healthy and strong, absolutely no damage or painful drill ridges. I am wearing gel nail polish now on my natural nail and have had no issues with breakage. She is also fantastic with nail art/designs. Definitely check her out and tell her Maria sent you!

Paige Sickler us the best in the business ! She is so talented and can achieve the goal you want. Bring blonde is high maintenance but Paige makes it easy. Paige always has a smile and makes getting your hair done fun ! Love Paige Sickler! You can never go wrong !! 🥰

Carmen is changing my life one massage at a time. She is absolutely amazing. I drive nearly an hour to see her. 10/10 best massage therapist I've ever been to. Can't wait to go back!

I enjoy coming to Rod’s Salon, the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly and the stylists are professional. I have had different ones and I am always happy with the results. Right now, Lexi is my girl👍

I had only been to this place once about 20y ago. I had an "experience" & decided it just was not for me. About 2y ago, I recieved a gift card with a substantial amount on it but was looking to give it away. 2w ago, I came across it in a drawer. In desperate need of some specialized services & talking to a few good friends, I broke down, & made an appt.
WELL, I'M ECSTATIC THAT I DID! Amy Burns single-handedly change my complete attitude & perception of that salon. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist & upon checking in, she happened to be standing there. Her aura & disposition were relaxing & that set my mind at ease. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & personable. I enjoyed her professionalism so much I scheduled all my appts before I left. She truly is an asset to your salon & spa. (She's The😁Main reason for The 5 ⭐ rating)
