I was at the main desk today, Wednesday, May 16th. I spoke to a young man at the who was very rude and misinformed, I explained that I never paid into certain deductions and he, of course was correct. He insisted that I was paying into a deduction since 1986. I never paid into a certain deduction and he was very smug. I think he needs some training and possibly off the front desk. I would welcome a phone call regarding this person.

SURS administration MUST increase the number of employees who answer the calls. The wait time is insane! Its hard on employees as well, having to work like this

My Husband passed in January. I would never thought I would be doing this so early in our lives.
The customer service is
horrible and they do not give you important Information you should know when making decisions, they said it was in the paperwork I mean really who is in the right frame of mind when this happens. I believe in KARMA !!!

Very confusing process for receiving my retirement payment. I was told to wait 8 weeks. I waited 10 then called. After, I was told that I didn't fill out a form that I don't recall being instructed to fill out. Now I have to wait an additional 30 - 45 days to receive my payment. All of this hassle for something I was forced to enroll into by my employer.

I'm disappointed with how poorly Informed their representatives are about the retirement accounts I called and met with them several times. They Read off some sheets and little knowledge of the actual retirement plans

Been waiting for my buyout retirement for near a year. Terrible company . Unacceptable.
