My experience there was awesome. Both times me and my children had appointments the first time I went a young lady named Niyana took really good care of my boys made there experience smooth.As for my visit one particular employee really stood out to me her name was Ashley it was really busy that day but she made sure everyone were taken care of and not waiting too long she was fairly respectful kind even through all the chaos thank you guys

My experience over the phone was a great one. I needed assistance to resolve an important issue. I Talked with Brittany and she was extremely helpful. Not only that. But Her customer service was outstanding. Definitely above the bar. I was pleased with my outcome for sure. It was definitely a pleasure.

Every time I have an appointment & Ashley’s there, I know I'm getting in and out in no time! She's so welcoming, attentive, gentle, and seriously, lightning-fast. Today I had a 10am appointment, and by 10:26, I was already outta there. I absolutely love it when she's the one taking care of me 😌 💅🏼

Very great experience. The dentist, dental assistants and all the way to the receptionists were super kind, patient and were keeping the mood light to help ease fear/discomfort. Even when I had some mild pain they were making sure I was alright. 100% recommend them, definitely will be back again.

The DA Julissa was so sweet and her positive energy helped with my anxiety more than she knows. The Dentist Dr. Raavi was very professional and made the process so much easier for me. I appreciate you both.

I had a dental emergency! And was also a walk-in patient. I had to wait to be seen for a while but was well worth the wait. The doctor and staff was so kind and supportive towards my situation. Needless to say I'm pain free and so very thankful. Thank you again for helping me Familia dental. I'll see you at the next appointment.

Reina has helped with my daughters and my son when we was in our appointments. She was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. She was great.

Friendly and amazing Bonnie and Brittney were absolutely amazing had sever tooth pain for past couple days had an appointment Dr I was suppose see canceled but no one called nor let me know so bonnie got me in and taken care of if I could they definitely go above and beyond made my visit wonderful Thank you ladies Thank you Bonnie for being my life save and angel

My dentist was absolutely great!!! She was gentle and explained everything to me in detail. I absolutely loved her and actually look forward to seeing a dentist.

Dr. Raavi and Jo Lissa, were a huge help in the cleaning and calming of my family today. Jo Lissa has a such a warm, and supportive tone, and she’s awesome!

Shannon and Brittany are the most awesome people! These two ladies were nice and in a good mood, greeted me kindly when I arrived. They should be given a raise to whom it concerns!! Keep up the awesome job ladies!!!

Great customer service and care. I have immense tooth pain. The receptionist at the front desk (Shannon) helped me get in on the same day( Saturday) that i called. Helped me with any questions or concerns I had. The other staff were just as nice and helpful.

Reina was soo sweet ! She was very gentle removing my rubber bands and mold for retainers. I would highly recommend her !!!

I love how they are all so friendly! I love how the first thing they did was take my blood pressure! They saved my life. I didn't know I had hypertension. I was having a hypertensive crisis right there in the office. They kept checking blood pressure until it was safe for me to leave. The wait my be long but how they treat you out weights everything.

I went to Familia Dental for a second opinion. The place I went to in Danville Illinois was horrible they just wanted me to get dentures instead of giving me options so I went and got another opinion. Dr. Ravi was amazing he did a deep cleaning and I feel a lot better with my teeth 🦷. I was told he could save my teeth up to 5 years if I keep up on them so that's what I'm goin to do. I'm only 39 I rather have my teeth then fake ones.

Brittany was so helpful my daughter's insurance was being funny. And Brittany made it her business to talk to dr. Rather and they saw her anyway. I'm leaving this review because of how kind they was to me and daughter. I really appreciate there hospitality.. it don't happen every day.

The receptionists Brittany and Megan were both very helpful and very welcoming! I absolutely loved the experience here. So glad to have this as me and my families primary dentist. The service is absolutely amazing!
